Fedex — fedex india shipment no[protected] showing false status | |
Fedex india shipment no[protected] showing status "a power of attorney (Poa) or form letter, authorizing fedex/broker to clear the shipment on behalf of the importer, is required for clearance. Recommended action: importer must provide a power of attorney (Poa) or a form letter authorizing fedex/broker to clear shipment." since monday 29-apr-19. But i have already provided them signed and stamped authorization letter to custom clear it on my behalf. Never had this kind of problem with international shipment shipped through dhl, fedex should have a dedicated cha who have the capability to clear custom in no time. Also why on earth your cha needs original documents to be shipped to their address to clear the shipment. Dhl never asked to original documents scanned copies are enough to get custom clearance. Bad experience with fedex will never ask shipper to ship it through fedex
