I sent a package to India to my sister-in-law on February 12, 2022. Due to her higher availability at her work, I sent the papers to her work address. The KYC department reached out and asked for KYC paperwork. I had since requested FedEx US to update receiver information to her personal name. My sister in law has submitted requested documents like Aadhar Card, NOC from her work and letter explaining personal use. It has been almost a month, every time someone calls requests different documents. They haven't released package yet. This is so frustrating to deal with a company with undefined processes and no willingness to help it's customers.
