This is regarding Airway bill[protected]. I am just a housewife who lives in the USA and sent this package to Salem, TN early Feb. The package should have reached by Feb 15th. We didn't even know about the procedures around KYC (no one in the US FedEx office) told us about it. Finally, we figured that out, cleared all the hurdles - or at least we think we cleared the hurdles. But the package has still not reached the recipient! No one will...

I’ve been having issues with my packages delivering through FedEx because my packages never makes it to me. Every single time I call the customer service number I found on Google they can never give me the answers I’m looking for. Launch an investigation with your employees because they steal people packages....

Hello, I ordered something for my cousin who just had a baby and who lives in Turkey. The product I ordered was being shipped from Portugal to Turkey and was supposed to arrive on Friday, Feb 25, as I checked the status, it says the item is held for non-payment? FedEx-Why are you harassing the customers like this? The shipment with number[protected] is still in India. This shipment reached very late to India and we asked to return the shipment to USA but still it is in Bangalore. This shipment is with FedEx from last 2 months.

Please return the shipment to the shipper in USA ASAP.

Call me or reply back to this email if there is something I need to do...

I've sent a bag from USA to India on Feb 14 and it has reached India (New Delhi) on Feb 18 and since then it is Clearance delay - Import
Goods are subject to regulatory review.

All the docs were submitted beforehand. And still the issue?

My friend had sent it via UPS and it was delivered within 6 days. It was little bit more expensive but still better service and timely communication.

My FedEx Courier (Tracking number[protected] from the USA arrived in Delhi, India on February 4th and I received a KYC notification from the FedEx team to get a clearance for the package. I submitted all the documents and also received an email confirmation from them.

Its been 1 month since then and the status of that shipment has not been updated on the FedEx website. I've sent the multiple emails...

I had received a swag order from one of the international company and I had paid all the transportation fee, while ordering in their store using the gift card they provided to me.
Now when the Fedx Delivery Boys came to my home they were asking me to Pay an Amount of 1956 Rupees

Had A missed Delivery, on February 24, 25, 2022. I got a text February 25, that delivery was attempted. I called Customer Service Yesterday, asking if I could just pickup Package. She informed me that Option Not Available, and Redelivery would be Made Today February 26, 2022 Between 8AM to 8PM.

Kindly note that this is my 6th complaint on this forum regarding the same package in transit for more than 3 months. I hope my frustration and anger towards your lax attitude is evident from my first sentence.

The package I'm expecting was shipped from Beijing China in the end of November 2021. The package reached Bangalore, India in December...

This shipment AWB#[protected] was shipped on 30th November and till date there is no any clue on my shipment!
All the documents requested by were sent almost 2 months back both via mail and also same were uploaded in your KYC link.
It reached India was lying with warehouse for almost 2.5 months!
which I believe has become UNTRACEABLE for you guys now, since no attempt from your side was made to clear this after December...

Parcels are waiting in Mumbai with message saying Operational Delay and no explanation, no scheduled delivery date....

My shipment number[protected] is stuck in custom clearance department of FedEx banglore since 15 days .
Ms. Nikhila nagaraj has failed to provide customer service even after multiple calls and emails there is no response from Nikhila nor custom clearance team . I am facing loss due to their unprofessional work culture....

Our company has account with FEDEX for the past 2 years. We give them a business of 20 thousand AED a month. We have scheduled a pick-up from India and the experience has been disastrous, frustrating, and annoying. The support teams they have are useless! They have no idea about anything. The Indian FedEx needs an E Way Bill and I was told to download the AWB and had shared it with my shipper origin. Now the same FEDEX team wants an E WAY...
