Fedex — FedEx KYC Portal Technical Issues causing harassment to the end user

Hi

One of my colleagues at work in the UK has sent me a shipment to my location in India via FedEx.

FedEx has a tracking system where I can enter my tracking/AWB number and it says the shipment is delivered to me.

However, the shipment is NOT delivered and it is held up at Delhi Customs (according to customer support at FedEx). I am receiving emails/calls from FedEx asking me to submit the required KYC for the shipment to be released from Customs and sent to me.

Therefore I have tried submitting the KYC online at https://kyc.fedex.com/ and when I try to submit, it errors saying "Shipment already completed for AWB Number".

I have explained this to FedEx customer care, the KYC FedEx team and have called them, emailed them, many times, however no success. I have sent KYC documents to the KYC Team via email also.

I receive an automated response always asking me to submit the documents at https://kyc.fedex.com/

I have contacted customer support many times, they keep diverting my calls to each others departments, asking me to submit the KYC even when I tell them the KYC website is not letting me submit. It is their website error, I have even sent them screenshots of the same.

I have been left helpless and my important shipment is held up at customs. I have really been harrassed by the FedEx India and thier team at customer support and have lost all hopes of receiving my shipment. I urge you to please take some strong action and get FedEx to resolve my case and complete the shipment or provide for the damages.
