Tracking number[protected]

Our shipment is not yet delivered because your finance team hasn’t updated the payment of customs duty we have paid through bank transfer. So we are facing indefinite delay. Daily im calling fedex. And they say it will be updated shortly. Pls update.

    This is regarding complaint no.C[protected] with tracking no.[protected].

    There are multiple mistakes for which I had to pay the amount; Listing them below.

    1. Even after giving a pre-alert that my CHA should clear the shipment in New Delhi, they ignored it.

    2. FedEx shipped the shipment from Delhi to Kolkata customs without my permission or any notification. I was penalised by the Kolkata customs for 25000INR for late filing of BOE because I didn't have a CHA in Kolkata. After all, the shipment was meant to be cleared in New Delhi.

    3. I had filed a complaint regarding this on 12th April 2022, but I received an acknowledgement of the complaint on 2nd May 2022. The issue hasn't been resolved since then.

    I want the penalty amount of 25000INR reimbursed.

      On 7th of August the shipment arrived in my local area. But they didn't put it out for delivery for two days.
      Then on 10th of August they put it out for delivery but didn't deliver it. And after that they put on delivery on 12th of August but didn't deliver it.
      There customer support cuts the call after asking for waybill number.

      I need my compensation which occurred because of late delivery.

        Call me never got a call back
        So much for customer service!!!

          FedEx KYC Portal Technical Issues causing harassment to the end user

          Hi

          One of my colleagues at work in the UK has sent me a shipment to my location in India via FedEx.

          FedEx has a tracking system where I can enter my tracking/AWB number and it says the shipment is delivered to me.

          However, the shipment is NOT delivered and it is held up at Delhi Customs (according to customer support at FedEx). I am receiving emails/calls from FedEx asking me to submit the required...

          Hi, so this is regarding a laptop that has been shipped from my company in usa for work purpose.
          There is this particular customs clearance person called Sumanth who is hopeless at his job of communicating with the customer.
          My shipment has been stuck for over a month with clearance team.
          They have asked for a value supporting document which i have provided multiple times. The laptop is a HP laptop and costs 1200 dollars and even after providing the value document they say it's invalid and ask me for some other document to show value and in brackets they write (any document that states the price) and i have provided more than that and now they send me a merit letter asking me to sign it to get my shipment cleared..and they state in the letter that they will charge me more even though the duty has been paid.
          This is a MAJOR SCAM as i have provided "value supporting documents"
          FedEx - you ask for a value supporting document and then pretend to not know what a value supporting document is?
          Highly disappointed with the service.. Will never ever recommend fedex.

            I have received a shipment from UK on 10/06/2022 and during which I was requested by FedEx for additional document to release my packages. I furnished all documents requested by FedEx by 21/06/2022.

            With the document provided FedEx just released on package[protected] and the other package which I am asking status now[protected] was not released until 18/07/2022 inspite of me chasing FedEx team every alternative day.

            When I get the tax invoice on 18/07/2022, I see there is a reactivation charged and fine included. This was a ridiculous move as I have provided all documents in 21/06 and FedEx is charging me for their delay. I questioned this on 18/07/2022 and till date I see there is no response received.

            This behaviour of FedEx shows they are least bothered about customers.

            FedEx team delayed from June 21 until July 18th and they are charging me Rs. 6700 extra. I have requested for more details and they are not replying

              I've been charged Rs. 112 as custom duty, Rs. 318 and IGST, 590 as Duty Advancement Charges. Duty Advancement charges is greater than combined value of custom and GST being charged to me. I've paid already for shipping now they're charging me as Duty Advancement. It's pure loot. I've mailed them several times. They're not responding anything regarding this. These companies has no regularities policies. Please look into the matter and refund me this amount. They fcking forced me to pay this.

                The shipment from China vide FedEx AWB[protected] is held at Bangalore more than 45days instead moving to Chennai. This shipment booked with delivery address at Chennai but your team held at Bangalore without our confirmation. we called your and sent mail team many times to your team, visited your chennai office but no response from any of FedEx team. if possible clear the shipment and delivery it or send it to chennai we will engage the CHA to do the clearance. the further delay will lead as to follow legal procedures to get the remedy.

                  FedEx trying to overcharge customers through Warehouse and duty advancement charges

                  Hello,

                  Our first international shipment AWB[protected] landed in India on 05/27 and clearance exception occurred.

                  All requested details are shared on very next day on 05/28 and no response heard from FedEx post that for almost a month.

                  Sent 25+ follow up emails on every different day and even they didn’t acknowledge and respond to any of our emails.

                  On friday evening the one of the team member from fedex texted a message on whatsapp regarding your package has been landed india and you need to pay ₹ 2600 for the land delivery to the doorstep. I agree and accepted they give me the company accountant details and numbers. I paid it on the right time. Thenafter next day morning i got a message from same number regards with package has been start journey with our delivery guys and reached your home by evening time. Then after they again messaged me the product box has been catched by customs and we need to pay ₹2000 for custom fee. I also agreed that then after today they said the box has need license for import, then after they said need ₹3100 for license fee, i didn’t know the rules of the customs. That also i paid, then after few hours later they again messaged me need ₹ 1500 for stamp duty for government. I didn’t belive the person, there phone number was fake, ( +[protected] i called him the phone picked up by a madhya pradesh guy, he didn’t know about fedex, he is a farmer in their village. The executive from fedex was didn’t call me or any of the purposes.they send also fake videos from other social sites. I catched it and they didn’t message me till now

                      A packacge was sent from Shenyang, china containing Provisional degree certificates from University of about 19 students. The shipment tracking number is[protected] and it seems that the package is lodged at Bangalore customs awaiting clearance for about a month. The certificates are required urgently within a week for students for educational purposes. We have contacted Fedex multiple times but have not recieved any positive response.

                            I have sent an international shipment to Bangalore and it reached there on june 15 and since then no progress and is showing as clearance delay. I have already sent my confirmation to pay all customs duties and kyc documents were submitted. My assigned agent Sumanth is not responding to any of emails regarding status. I’m now very worried about my package. Even contacted customer service, virtual assistance and no one is updating me my status and virtual assistant just replying sent a query and ending my chat. Even after agreeing to pay for everything why it’s not being cleared at customs. Please please release my package or provide my consignment number to track my package at Bangalore customs so tHat i can contact them directly

                                Two days ago (June 30th, 2022), I was asked to provide my KYC documents to allow a package (AWB:[protected] sent to me by my university in the US to clear customs at BLR Gateway. However, whenever I tried, I constantly received the same error: #400 Server is down Please try after some time. I kept trying over the past two days and I am still getting the same error, most recently just now - 9:27 PM IST, July 2nd, 2022 - and with the same results. I would like to know some other means by which I can upload my documents. Otherwise, I would like to know when the servers will be back up.

                                  The customer care department is not taking action against delayed delivery of a priority shipment. I work has been halted and is causing serious loss.

                                  The Estimated time of arrival was 28th June 2022. It is 2nd of February 2022 and no information is being provided for our shipment Tracking ID[protected].

                                  We have made several phone calls over the last 5 days and also requested to speak to some senior management who can give us some information on the matter. We are being falsely told that we will receive a call back on the matter from someone senior. However no one has responded as of yet.

                                  We lost a significant amount of time and effort in chasing the matter with their customer service in addition to the loss we are incurring for our halted production due to the unavailability of the material.

                                  Please help.

                                    [protected] Dear Sir, I had booked a parcel through phoenix couriers on fri 24 june for the parcel to reach dubai on mon 27 june by FedEx. Paid thm 3500 I found fedex didnt send on sun saying there were operational issues and no intimation of delay. When i called the helpdesk i was informed thrice they can pull back the consignment i need to write to [protected]@fedex.com which i did from my email the courier phoenox too spoke to fedex. On tue morn i see it is in Dubai with out for delivery. The 80thbirthdaywas on mon it was a cake. It is ridiculous getting it a day later. Fedex mailed they were returning my parcel .now thecourier tells me fedex wl pay me for duty! I will not pay.i want a refund of my Rs 3500 too as it wasnt delivered this is unacceptable and leaves a vbad taste in the mouth. It amounts to cheating Debika

                                    Further to my message on the same subject i am not an importer so on whatbasis am i asked to fill in kyc as importer this was aparcel u people delayed and yr call centre said to mail [protected]@fedex.com which i did on mon if i wanted my parcel back. They even said tbey would create a ticket internally for the same. My email gets replied to after they send it to dubai stating it is being returned and now im being called an importer and askto pay charges and fill in forms This is ridiculous. I will do nothing of the sort. Kindly call me today else will post on social media how FedEx cheats customers Debika
