We have send a cargo from China to USA, is on hold for "A specialized form/statement from the shipper is required" i do undestand 100% of the procedures, so I called Fedex and I asked what I have to do and what documents I have to send, I was told that I would have to send invoice, packlist to a specific department, so at the same time I sent all the documents as they informed me to the email they gave me, FEDEX habe neve call me back, never answered and the merchandise continues on HOLD. I wonder, I was wrong to use FEDEX, Why I did not use DHL, a company specializing in international good only! my tracking number with Fedex is[protected] Can someone help me or my best bet is start praying Was this information helpful? After 4 days, many hours I was able to resolve this issued with FedEx, I have over 25 years on Logistic, import and export and a recommend not to use FedEx for international transportation, get a good local custmos broker or use DHL.
