I got a call and then mail from cogenteservices regarding kyc docs submission. They asked me to submit aadhar doc and authorization letter to the said id.
However, in the last mail they also said about one thing which they never discussed with me :

UWhy dont you provide real-time tracking of shipment? I've been seeing the same status for last three days. Also, I want to suggest if you can provide the contact details of the delivery agent.
Last time it was a very good experience in having business with you, but this time you are going to lose a customer with your bad service and also due to the Customer Care Centre of being absolutely a NO HELP....

Hello!
I have sent a b’day gift for a friend in mumbai, india. The tracking status shows it’s delayed as goods are subject to regulatory review. All i have in the package is t - shirts, choclates and sunglasses.
I am afraid the choclates might melt and ruin other stuff too in package. How do i get it cleared? I have tried to contact local fedex office here but they are not much of a help. I do not know what to do further....

custom duty charged

This is most racist behavior from fedex (Provide feedback to us counterpart but no manner talking to indian receiver). Even after providing duty exemption certificate/ customer clearance certificate u guys didn't provide my shipment. I have been asked to pay shipping cost, i have done that still my shipment is not provided. For one shipment i have been charged by three times. That's mistake from your end. But u didn't acknowledge it....

courier pickup delay

Had scheduled a pickup for tuesday, 17th may, 2018 in the name o[censored]tkarsh nahata (Ccunw52) from pin code 700088 to 734005.

worst customer service - kyc, customer care team and your pathetic silo structures

My shipment has arrived from china to india in 2 days and has been sitting in bangalore since 6 days.

There is no proper guidance and update from you people. It is really a pity that you call yourself a global company.

I have called various teams across fedex on more than 50 occasions with no respite.

Awb[protected] was received in compromised condition. There were holes in the package and many accessories were missing. The package contained accessories needed to assemble chairs imported from china. The package contained a small carton containing screws and these screws were found missing.

I have also paid close to 4000 inr towards customs for a package that was already paid shipping for. This is very disheartening considering...

I got my fedex express international express package on wed, mar 14, 09:38 am with damaged box and missing contents. I filled a compain to fedex usa but they said i will have to contact the shipper in india. When i sent my pictures of damaged package, shipper said its not possible. Fedex cannot do this. I sent the picture right after i got the package and they didn't want to do anything....
