Shipped this shipment through FedEx International Priority to TIRUCHIRAPALLY, TN, INDIA on June 1st 2018 (PST)
The content is an over the counter Multi-Vitamin (2 bottles) from Amazon.com worth $175.
The shipment has been stuck in Bangalore for the 3+ days now.
The recipient has already contacted FedEx and submitted required documents (KYC form) and also got a confirmation email of the documents received by FedEx June 5th 2018 (IST), but the package hasn't still cleared.
I have tried calling FedEx here in the USA and I am told that their system shows the documents still needed.

I spent close to $185 to ship this as an international priority to India only to find it is stuck in clearance for 3+ days (with all docs submitted from recipient side).

    I'm facing this problem second time with fedex courier services. First time i used this service to send some parcel to london. They delivered it in 22 days, which was a worst experience in my working world.

    This time i have done all documentation process and everything, even i have paid 100% advance money to them, but they are misguiding me. They picked up goods from me on on 31st may 2018 i. E. Previous thursday, and today is 7th june 2018. 8 days completed but the parcel is still in andheri mumbai. My airway bill no is[protected].

    Also the staff is very bad. Don't know how to talk with customers and how to handle the situation. Since last thursday i am calling them and they are saying that it will get clear within hrs, and it will be loaded tonight in cargo flight. I can understand what they are doing. Just playing with me and nothing else. They don't know the importance of customer's parcels, because they receives hundreds of parcels daily. But they should know the importance of loyalty, which they forgot.

    Now i can't understand what should i do. Whenever i called them and asked to give me the number of regional manager, or someone who can tell me the exact reason, they always told me "we can't give you direct number." then why they are charging fee if they can't help the customer if they are facing troubles.

    I kindly request to all readers (Including fedex online support team) please help me. My airway bill number is[protected]

    The consignment has not yet been delivered though it was released from Bangalore on 26th May. The site has last update of 4th june, out for delivery yet it has not been delivered by 9th june.
    Customer service is not helpful at all instead ill mannered. Hopeless experience.

He said to resend the documents for the activation of the account and they also asked for the payment confirmation within 15 days. We pay the payment and documents we got the email also, mr. Abhinav kumra verbally said the account is active. Now he is saying that our account is not working.
      Our outstanding amount is 7200/- which should be our liability.

        On 25th from beijing china i ordered 1 equipment.. And from chinese compony they provided commercial invoice everything even that fedex china kept my short name on awb and because of that my shipment delayed
        Second reason from the day i started to track my shipment i was doing follow up with [protected]@fedex.com and they sent me mail to forward my kyc details on same mail so i forwarded there and i got reply that my kyc details they will submit with concern department on 28th.. After that my shipment arrived in india on 29th night and status was custom delay specialized form/statement required from recipient. Then on 30th morning at 10.30 again i sent format of deputy commissions letter for name mistake on awb and again forwarded all details of kyc on given another mail id.. And they said me to wait 2 to 3 days... Today 3 days overed and status of tracking detail is goods are subject to regulatory review.. And there isn't any proper answer from customer care that why status still asking to call fedex and my authorization letter and name miss match letter they accepted or not.. They just say wait till next day... And every-time i call fedex they says different thing.. And they still asking u submitted kyc or not.. If i says i already did 4 days back then they says ok then wait till morning.. This is the answer i getting.. Please try to deliver it soon so net time again i can trust fedex..

          I had placed an order through souled store, and they gave the package to fedex courier service, airway bill number is[protected].. It is showing delivered but we have not received any parcel, worst part we never received any call also from delivery guy. Such a irresponsible behavior.. I m so fed up coordinating with both souled store executive as well as courier company, not getting any help. I m not sure posting in this forum will help me in anyway, still waiting for a response and resolution asap

            However, in the last mail they also said about one thing which they never discussed with me :

            UWhy dont you provide real-time tracking of shipment? I've been seeing the same status for last three days. Also, I want to suggest if you can provide the contact details of the delivery agent.
            Last time it was a very good experience in having business with you, but this time you are going to lose a customer with your bad service and also due to the Customer Care Centre of being absolutely a NO HELP.

              Hello!
              I have sent a b’day gift for a friend in mumbai, india. The tracking status shows it’s delayed as goods are subject to regulatory review. All i have in the package is t - shirts, choclates and sunglasses.
              I am afraid the choclates might melt and ruin other stuff too in package. How do i get it cleared? I have tried to contact local fedex office here but they are not much of a help. I do not know what to do further. Please help me to get it resolved.

They messed it up because of two boxes in one shipment and now they're not releasing my shipment from delhi.                   Very very lazy delivery people. So upset with their response. They cant even send a parcel within local destination point. Infact they are asking me to come and pickup. What the hell. Fed up with fedex. I regret for using this. Dtdc far better than this. Moreover officials are answering that it will take few more days like 5 days for delivery.                     This is most racist behavior from fedex (Provide feedback to us counterpart but no manner talking to indian receiver). Even after providing duty exemption certificate/ customer clearance certificate u guys didn't provide my shipment. I have been asked to pay shipping cost, i have done that still my shipment is not provided. For one shipment i have been charged by three times. That's mistake from your end. But u didn't acknowledge it.

                      A package was sent from rajkot to chennai on 14 th may. Delivery was expected on 19th may.! 9th may i called the courier office, they told they will deliver evening. Dint deliver. Then again 21st may called thrice and gave complaint. They told they will deliver on 21st evening. They dint deliver. Again 22nd morning gave complaint. They told they will deliver within morning. Then again in the evening. Then gave a number to communicate. The courier guy talking very rudely and told "he wont deliver do whatever you can" and told then i told to give phone to manager, he told manager is on leave and cut the phone.

                      Never ever book items in fedex. Worst experience. More than 6 times complaint. More than 10 times promise to deliver. Lazy and rude employees

                        Had scheduled a pickup for tuesday, 17th may, 2018 in the name o[censored]tkarsh nahata (Ccunw52) from pin code 700088 to 734005.

                        Due to operational issues the pickup was delayed by a day, the reason being breakdown of pickup van. Now when the pickup was done post 24 hrs, there was payment made as per the correct dimension given on tele booking. I, e. 2880.

                        The operational team gets back and says there is dimensional mismatch and as per calculation the weight of the package differs by 75 kgs and additonal charges should be paid. I raised a complain with customer care over phone. They get back and accepts their mistake and offers be to give 30% discount. I accepted to pay the difference as the consignment was important as i had made commitments to the customer.

                        Then i again i received a call that sir the consignment has been returned by the operational team. Now again i need to reschedule. So much of inconvenience in one shipment.

                        I have lost complete trust on fedex. I chose fedex for delivery as it assures timely delivery. My consignment got delayed by three day which resulted in further delivery delay to my customer. I have cancelled the shipment. But i request your team to investigate and take appropriate action against the fed ex. This has resulted in cancellation of order from my customer (Monetory loss of close to rs.25000) and defame in my organisation name in respect of time commitment.

                            I got a call on 10th Of May, 2018 at 10 am that they need my KYC documents to clear customs, which I emailed them within 30 minutes. Yesterday passed, today has passed but my shipment hasn't cleared customs yet.

                            This is an important and time sensitive shipment for me and I needed it delivered asap. But because of their lack of service I am facing issues. I have emailed them so many times, called them but they don't answer.

                              On 2/5/2018 i got phone call in order to clear your shipment "[protected]"
                              They requested to provide my id number and expire date

                              Now its more then 5 days but no update from fedex, on 5th june i talked on their no [protected] and they said they have received my documents and its under process i called again to get new update and no new

                              No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers

                                Fedex — don't trust fedex.. pathetic service from them. they are unable to deliver even after 40 days.

                                I am facing seriously bad response from fedex.
                                Recently they are unable to deliver product even after 30 days. And the team giving same reason every time that product needs to be scanned or needs to be physically inspected. But nothing is happening. It is fedex responsibility to carry out physical inspection with customs. But why this delay.

                                  My shipment has arrived from china to india in 2 days and has been sitting in bangalore since 6 days.

                                  There is no proper guidance and update from you people. It is really a pity that you call yourself a global company.

                                  I have called various teams across fedex on more than 50 occasions with no respite.

                                  I have sent the kyc docs on 27th and have also resent them to various people on more than 5 instances.

                                  I am taking the pain of sending them once again.

                                  This is how the management doesnt see the light of pathetic customer service.

                                  Your kyc doesnt pick up the call, your customer care asks to contact the kyc. The kyc asks to contact the customer care.

                                  How is such a global company have no erp and is working in such lousy silos?

                                    First they didn't delivered products in time. And when i called in their domestic helpline they pick up my call but couldn't speak. I didn't received my product yet. I ordered a mi tv 4a (32 inch). They set the delivery date 3/05/2018. But can't delivered it in time. When i call them they told me to wait for more few days. But they didn't deliver the product yet. And when i call in them they pick up it but could not responded.

                                      Awb[protected] was received in compromised condition. There were holes in the package and many accessories were missing. The package contained accessories needed to assemble chairs imported from china. The package contained a small carton containing screws and these screws were found missing.

                                      I have also paid close to 4000 inr towards customs for a package that was already paid shipping for. This is very disheartening considering the amount of effort and mental pressure one goes through to get packages to india. Considering the reputation of fedex i request urgent assistance to resolve the matter
