Said package was shipped on 11th May with a estimated delivery date of 16th May. Today we are on 3rd June and yet to avail the package, it has been stuck at Delhi customs for more than 3 weeks now. Every day we get a new documentation requirement from FedEx Team and same has been going on for last weeks, FedEx US teams are far more proficient and courteous than their Delhi counterparts. How will "Make in India" campaign flourish when our clients are unable to send packages to India???

    I recently ordered two items on eBay, one from South Korea and the other from Japan. FedEx was used to ship my item, a seventy dollar used lens manufactured twenty years ago, from Japan to Ecuador. The other item a used camera that's a dozen years old was shipped by another shipper. I received the $700 camera and was charged a customs duty of $35.20 including tax. FedEx in Ecuador has decided to charge me $37.05 for a "handling charge" (manejo on the FedEx form). They insist it's for customs duty but the form indicates it's not. How can the duty on a twenty-year old used item be more than half the price of the item, anyway? Someone is trying to scam me. I'm thinking the subcontractor here is owned/controlled by the drug cartel. I'm unable to escalate to someone in US corporate headquarters for an investigation. The office here in Quito has approached the seller for payment because I refused to co-operate with thieves who are using my lens as ransom. Unfortunately, against my wishes, the seller paid. He was only getting $70 for the lens and FedEx took more than half for a "service charge". The shipper should be reimbursed by FedEx and the operation here in Ecuador should be investigated.

      Since April 19th (today 42nd day), my parcel has been with fedex, Delhi under the pretext that it has been held by customs. tracking showed DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOM CLEARANCE. They did not approach us for many many days asking us about any requirements. we found some high level officials from social media and asked them to help after which the staff got activated. Came to know a few days back that whenever a parcel is lost by fedex, they write the reason DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE and waiting from customs to hear about it but the real reason is something else. We have got no means to find out the real reason whether customs department has genuinely held the parcel or not. More frustrating is that, they are never reachable and we are left at the mercy of the staff of fedex. Whenever they wish, they send us a reply. Have informed the staff that we will never ever use their services again.

        I sent a package in mid April of 2022, for my package to be delivered to Coimbatore India, on April 21st, 2022. It is May 31st, 2022 and the package is still in customs and it still has not been cleared. I have been calling every single day for more than a month for any package updates, and the FedEx customer service has told me that all the KYC documents have been approved and accepted of.

        As I do keep calling everyday, it's frustrating how it's been there for a more than a month, and there's nothing, and I have no idea with what's going on with my package, as they keep telling me I will receive a call from the customs, but it has been for way too long. I am unhappy with this service, and I have found out that many people have faced this same issue with FedEx, please help me out.

        After posting my last complaint on here, FedEx India reached out to me. They said they needed several documents, and I sent it to them, the day it was requested. I resented it to them the day after, and again today as well. It has been 3 days, and there is no response again. I am truly frustrated with the lack of responsibility FedEx has for their customers.

        First of all, the opened a package that I've sent to other countries, with similar contents without an issue. However, India loves to keep things in customs just to tax and charge money. I am very disappointed in FedEx's service, if I had known this would cause me great suffering in sending a friend a gift which they didn't receive on time, I would have NEVER sent it with FedEx. I am still calling everyday, it is FedEx's responsibility to clear the customs after we have provided all the documents. It is completely frustrating. FedEx India, ship my package out as quick as possible, please. I beg that you do.

          No update what going on
          FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My shipment was withheld at customs for clearance since April last week 2022, and the delivery is beyond 3weeks. I submitted my KYC Documents long back itself .

            A phone was shipped to me from the US on 19th April, AWB[protected]. It has still not been delivered. I have completed KYC and even provided every single document FedEx asked me to provide, including confirmation that I will pay the huge duty. They made me provide different documents each time and sometimes even to resend documents I sent earlier. They have absolutely no clue on what is required for clearance and only tell me it is in clearance process. I have escalated to every single FedEx escalation email ID, initially got responses that they are sorry and will follow it up immediately, still nothing at all to date. Now no one from FedEx responds to my emails. I don't know if they have lost the package and are just making excuses now. The US FedEx office says a totally different story and that everything is completed as per them. Please assist!!!

              My shipment was withheld at customs for clearance since May 3rd, 2022, and the delivery is beyond 3weeks. I submitted my KYC Documents long back on May 3rd, 2022 itself.
              Later I got a confirmation mail from the Superintendent of Customs that customs cleared my shipment, but there has been no response from Fedex till now.
              Kindly help me in getting my shipment at the earliest.

              I have been waiting for my parcel to get cleared from customs since 19th April 2022. exactly 40 days and we are so helpless that we cant talk to anyone on fedex. only automated replies coming on. Actually, in many cases, its happening that the parcel gets lost somewhere and they aren't able to trace it and they write on their website that awaiting customs clearance. tracking report is what they write on their website and its does not mean that they write the truth.

                My shipment with tracking number[protected] has been stuck at Customs since may 16, 2022. I have inquired multiple times with Customer Support and have emailed them thrice asking if there was any lapse in documentation from my side but there has been no satisfactory follow up and as of May 26, 2022, the package is still waiting at Customs. I even tried to reach them over phone but got no response.

                I paid customs duty once. Old product was complaint so they sent replaced new item .The replaced product is now held by customs

                I have attached the only response I received from them. I have also attached the tracking history.

                Please let me know when and how I can get my package

                  We have a shipment which had been coming for china.
                  My Tracking Id:[protected],[protected]. There were three parcels dispatched to our place in India. But because of their negligence, they have only sent two parcels instead of three. and these 2 parcels were in customer for the past 28 days and when they sent 3rd last parcel to India, after custom clearance in Delhi customs, They gave us Custom Duty Tax Invoice and now they are charging us unnecessary warehouse charges and duty advancement charges. And Also shipment was so late. keep calling FedEx, but none replied properly. Even we have not received the shipment yet.
                  Kindly take strict action against FedEx.

                      Your team claims that the parcel was delivered on Sunday 22 May 2022 at the office address and are refusing to entertain the complaint or readdress the grievance .
                      I had written a mail to FedEx team complaining that I I, Sandeep Nayar, was in Delhi being a Sunday and that the office was closed. How could I have signed the delivery receipt. Your delivery agent has delivered the parcel at a wrong address and himself signed the receipt and uploaded in the system. The response to my mail was that the parcel was signed and received by “Sandeep”.

                      Kindly sort out the issue as soon as possible.

                      The parcel contains important pre-shipment samples for which advance payment of $40, 000 has been remitted to the seller . The shipment can only be moved after the samples have been approved by me . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        We raised complaint 1.5 month back about our 2 packages which was not delivered to our clients till date.We inquired about our packages status since 45 days but still not getting any satisfactory reply from your side.Also not getting proper status of our packages till date. so where is our packages?This is our 64th mail to fedex.so kindly update as soon as possible otherwise we will go through legal proceedings.

                          My university sent a document on urgent basis but fedex did not clear it from customs. Reason for exception is- shipment not on the list of custom clearance.
                          I have submitted my KYC docs as well but again no response.
                          My entire career is at stake because of fedex. I feel its the biggest mistake of my trusting Fedex.

                            My tracking number for Fedex international priority is[protected] Its been stuck with same status "Clearance Delay" .

                                  A shipment was sent from USA to india and now the receiver is asked to upload the KYC documents for custom clearance.                                     I have been trying to reach KYC Fedex Customer Service and no one is responding for the issues I am facing.
