My shipment has been stuck at Customs since, May 12th, 2022. I have called and inquired multiple times with Customer Support and have emailed them thrice asking if there was any lapse in documentation from my side but there has been no satisfactory follow-up and as of May 17, 2022, the package is still waiting at Customs. I even tried to reach them over the phone but got no response.
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    So today 13 may 2022 my package should have been delivered, but for some reasen it is stil "in transit" at GRACE-HOLLOGNE, BE, i understand alot of people order online and there is more work than most companies can handle.Am not the only person that's compaining about this hub!! the tracking number is[protected].Everything went good until it arrived in belgium, now it got stuck there somehow...The only thing i want is it to arrive ! they also send the basic e-mail and no real answer which is annoying.

      I have sent a parcel from the USA to India, Some clothes for alterations, that package stuck in Custom. I have submitted all the required documents and asked them that this is not for commercial use so please release my packet.
      I am sending emails to them every single day but no response from them.
      There is no FedEx customer care phone number available from the USA to India to talk to them, so my brother starts calling them and getting the same answer THAT THEY WILL RELEASE MY PACKAGE but I am still waiting for the last 21 days, last 5 days they just keep ignoring my email, I don't understand what to do now.

        I have booked a pickup of one documents which is less then 250Gms. from Ahmedabad[protected] India to Berlin (10117) - Germany on 11th May 2022 in priority service. the pickup would be schedule for today i.e. 12th May 2022.
        While booked a pickup from my Location (380054) I was provided the Time 10:00 am to 02:00pm. for 12th May 2022 with pickup # AMDBH6. Today, when no one is came to pickup the documents as par provided timeline by FedEx, I make a call to customer care to know the status and they said that "Don't worry sir, pickup will done late by 4:00 pm today".

        After 4:00pm, I received a call from a person (1) Salman (+91 [protected]) for pickup and address confirmation. After providing guide of my location he denied to pickup, and saying "Sir it's not under my area, another person will callback to you and collect the documents".

        Again I received a call from (2) Smit (+91 [protected]) for confirmation of address, again I guided him for the same and received answer that "sir I will be reach within half an hour at your address". After waiting for the stipulated timeline, I tried to call (2) Smit 5-6 times, and by luck he answered me that "it's not under my area". While arguing with him, he told me that our manager will look in the matter and arrange my pickup.

        Today I have contacted your customer care 5-6 time to arrange a pickup, but sorry to say that no luck and still waiting for my pickup.

        Last but not the least, while making last call to customer care I came to know that the person who booked my pickup has provided wrong pickup number and i m still waiting for your good one to came for pickup of my documents which is very important to me, though it's not for you. As, I have to submit the documents Berlin (10117) any how late by Monday.

        Also, note that if your guy's are fail to pickup a simple 0.250Gms documents, will not be done a single transaction afterwards with you and surly put you in our company's blacklist.

            Duty advancement charge, warehouse charge & fines

            Dear FedEx,

            This is in reference to Invoice #: DEL-C-722964 AWB No:[protected].

            I surprised to see the Warehouse charge of ₹450 + ₹81 IGST. I didn't ask FedEx to store my shipment in their warehouse. There is no delay in updating kyc from our end. Even, I called FedEx multiple times, to deliver the package ASAP.

            I also see an additional section for Fines of ₹1000. I didn't make any request...

            Sir, I am Dr.ILAMATHI, oday 09/05/2022 I received a letter from FedEx Express TSCS, ECT Terminal, kempegowda international Airport, bill, devanhali, Bengaluru, letter dated 30/04/2022 regarding that I have not furnished the required documents for the shipment Awn No.[protected].
            I do not know what is the consignment, who has sent, from where and this is the 1st time I am receiving a letter, no any previous communication.kindly clarify

              My shipment with tracking number[protected] has been stuck at Customs since Saturday, April 30, 2022. I have inquired multiple times with Customer Support and have emailed them thrice asking if there was any lapse in documentation from my side but there has been no satisfactory follow up and as of May 6, 2022, the package is still waiting at Customs. I even tried to reach them over phone but got no response.

              I have attached the only response I received from them. I have also attached the tracking history.

              Please let me know when and how I can get my package.

                My package tracking no.:[protected].
                FedEx in India called me asked me to submit my KYC forms, etc for customs clearance and I submitted as per their request.
                Now ( by email) they are said INVOICE with package is lost( said that it is human error and some how they lost invoice). As I am recipient of the package I won't have any invoice. I also asked the sender about the INVOICE and got reply that it is not possible for invoice for the package left to India(for me) as it is already accompanied with Invoice.
                Asked FEDEX India customer care who called about " why and how invoice is lost." Without invoice( without PROPER PAPER WORK) FedEx will not ship the package from USA to INDIA.
                But without answer they are simply asking for invoice copy.
                Please solve the issue and help to receive my package containing educational materials about JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE.

                  I did not receive my package and fedex tracking sight stop tracking it (working) ?? contacting customer service system read delivered (GPS). I got screwed dy fedex and same thing is happing again on my recent order. I have cameras then and I have cameras now fedex has NOT shown up. This company's employees are corrupt these are high end Firearm parts that are now in the possession of thieves that work for fedex. Customer service was closed I'll be contacting them on this LAST package. And while I'm on a rant I don't think I've received one Box that was not smashed in the last 3 years. I will be posting my fantastic experience with fedex across across all my media platforms. Don't make a mistake like me never use fedex

                    Firstly I sent my used work laptop back to India via Express delivery from Canada, which was scheduled to be delivered on MAY 2nd 2022
                    On May 1st - I received an update that delivery is pending due to Custom clearance

                    I updated my KYC documents, also gave authorization to charge my Fedex account for custom fees. I even authorized to pay by receipient also

                    Spoke Custom clearance brokers in canada and they just let us know what is updated in their notes, no efforts to resolve the issue

                    Indian fedex team are actually the laziest ones, none of them reply to the emails

                      UPDATE -

                      Ten days after KYC submission FEDEX is claiming that customer refused delivery. This is a TOTAL FRAUD. Customer has not even been contacted once over phone! How can FEDEX do this????

                      This package, a gift, was booked with Fedex at an international location on 07 April. After unexplained delays it reached India on 20 April. Customer Service rang repeatedly reg. KYC. There were some communication gaps (ringing the gift's sender several times a day after being repeatedly reminded to ring recipient as only their KYC is accepted).

                      Clearance happened on the 26th. Since one week only one status change - an attempt to delivery, which FEDEX claimed was unsuccessful (though there was no phone call to the customer etc.).

                      Emails to customer service get generic and most unhelpful replies. Mr Kapil Bengale assured the tracking team would get back - no update for a week.

                      Really regretting decision to use FEDEX. Will not use again. Will not recommend to anyone else!

                        For my Shipment it was asked to submit KYC details but when tried to submit the details its asking for OTP sent to email id but i have not received any mail about OTP.
                        Can someone help me with this?

                          I have sent my parcel for more than 30 days now. I have submitted the documents mote than 15 times that's not even over exaggeration. I have emailed, called but no responses from their side. I have sent letters explaining everything but there is no update. They keep on asking me the same letters but won't tell me the exact thing to submit.
                          Please help me with this shipment.
                          Get that damn customs to clear it.

                            A FedEx package has been shipped from Texas, USA to my address in Hyderabad, India on the 21-Apr-2022. Tracking number says it is currently in Bangalore, India where it is delayed at the customs. It is 03-May-2022 today and I haven't received the package yet. Please let me know if I need to fill some paperwork to get the clearance. Thank you.

                              The AWB is in customs since 15th Apr, all the required documents submitted,

                              Resubmitted again on 26th Apr, as per customer support to Sumanth by email.

                              We dont get direct contact of him, he does not respond on email. So we are stuck with Fedex.

                                I am able to see in the tracking page as the shipment is in transit from last friday(29th April 2022) but it looks like there is no update after that. I tried to get an update from the Customer Care but they informed me that Custom clearance is still pending. This process is going on for the last 17 days I have been continuously monitoring the status and given all the required documents as and when asked. From the 15th of April 2022, I am working on getting the shipment to clear the customs and continuously trying to get in touch with the Customer care provide the required information as and when asked for, But I came to know that your customer care did not clearly provide the list of required document that need to be submitted for Kyc and Custom clearance. Whenever I submit a set of documents there comes another mail asking for a different set of documents.If the initial communication was sent to the correct mail address I would have responded accordingly but due to the mistake from you side now I have to pay for the Shipment delay and other charges which you will put as part of the customs clearance and warehouse hold for 17 days. I need a waiver of the shipment's warehouse fee as it is a delay caused from your side due to miscommunication and I have been continuously giving all the required details as and when it is asked for.Even I tried multiple times to connect with you but there i s no response from your side.
                                Consider this as a high priority and provide a concrete ETA as these shipments are from clients and we have to provide an ETA to them. Also the work we have planned is also getting delayed.

                                      [protected] airway bill reference. I got a Mobiscribe e ink notebook from us with $269 approx 20, 500 INR. Unfortunately I had to return that back to them for claiming refund and have booked FedEx and paid 3, 700 INR as delivery charge and they came for home pick up. After two three months when I followed up they are saying it's lost. Then they said they will refund and now again after I gave them all the supporting documents they are saying that the value is not mentioned in the airway bill and hence only 7k can be returned. Where is 7k and where is 24k. For their employee not filling up the value and for their fault of losing the product they do not even feel ashamed to tell this. I have been writing emails amd no proper response. I trust atleast this review will help me resolve issue. Very frustating this is. For the mistake at their end they are not taking responsibility and no customer support and no coordination within their employees itself. One person named Mrunal told that he will give refund but another one named Mohammed Naveed is saying he cannot refund full amount . Very unjust and unfair. It was their fault of losing. Had it been sent to US I would have atleast got the refund from where I got this product. They made me go through this frustating for the 4 months and I now demand that the organisation need to pay much more compensating for my valuable time I wasted in writing mails to them.

                                      No one person on the organisation took responsibility till date and refunded my claim. Very sad that these organisations do cheat people and take away their hard earned money.
