Fedex — KYC documents upload

AWB#[protected]

I have been asked to resubmit KYC documents for the above AWB. However, this AWB isn’t recognized when I call KYC help desk line. Additionally, there are 2 options for me to upload the documents at https://kyc.fedex.com/

1st option (new AWB): I can’t upload as my AWB is in progress (message prompt)
2nd option (existing AWB): I don’t have Reference ID to continue.

KYC India and FedEx India help lines don’t work. I don’t understand. This is frustrating.
