AWB[protected]International Priority Delivery)
I have been waiting for the response of FedEx since December 16th 2021, when the parcel arrived at Bangalore customs. No body at their customs clearance office bother to reply to my mails or answer phone calls. Only their customer care service provides repeated standard line " will get back to you with 24h", but all in vain. Most pathteic customercare, when unable to answer properly, they simply disconnenct the calls.

    I sent a package which contains Shoes, shoe cleaner oils and mechanical watch from USA to India on Jan 4th 2022.

    First of all i am totally unhappy with the person who came to deliver my package to my family in Hyderabad house. He is so so so rude. He said "I am getting just Rs.25/- for this delivery & i don't have time to answer questions and i can't wait. Finally he left without answering the questions. He took away back my shipment."

    On Sunday (07/Jan/2022) one of FedEx shipment delivery person came for delivering the package which has been held at Bangalore customs for more than 13 days.

    He mentioned that I have to pay Rs 25, 218. I am assuming these charges for Customs duty for my items. I don't have any issues with paying customs taxes.

    Issue here is my Invoice itself is $347 ( approx $347 * Rs73 = Rs 25, 331) . This means my custom duty is 100%? This is a gift item. i am
    asking about Taxes through email from past 1 month.I have sent almost 25 mails. Till today i don't have any response.

    I asked them to let me know why duty is 100%? along with breakup of Taxes etc... Also cI asked to send me Indian Customs duty paid receipt for my items?

    Already i paid $ 330 for shipping my items from the USA to India. Again I have to pay $ 25000 for duty?

    I am totally upset with FedEx international shipping service. i want to escalate this issues to your higher authorities.

    More frustrating point is "No one is responding about my items? I am treating this as cheating by collecting extra money.

    Can you please help me on this?

      I have had a consistent problem with FedEx drivers leaving packages in my yard or driveway. I made a complaint on 01/27/2022. Then when I received another delivery on 02/02/2022 the driver wrote “I do not leave pkgs in the yard. I placed it gently on the wall. I do not take incorrect complaints lightly” on the box.

        A shipment of a replacement debit card was mailed to me to be delivered on Wednesday Feb 2. This was then delayed and expected to arive on Thursday. The delivery driver then stated that our business was closed or customer was unavailable. At 12:43 pm. We were not only home, but we were outdoors by the road and saw no fedex delivery driver. So I called customer service and was told that snow was not plowed. That is a false statement. ROADS ARE clear. So the customer service person told me that he sent a text to driver and it was now a priority delivery. And would be delivered by 8 pm. Yet another lie. Now it is saying that it will be here by 8 pm Friday. That is unsatisfactory. I need it by 4 at the latest. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS Because of your company's failure to deliver I have suffered financially. Utilities won't accept your excuses. What is FedEx gonna do for me?? I will never use or recommend the use of your services . I realize you could care less but I will contact a news station to discuss the failing of customers on part of Fedex.FedEx. sincerely

          My non-commercial documents sent to family was delivered to Indore on Feb 3rd 2022 instead of Jan 28th 2022. The delivery person asked for 1200 Re to handover the package sent from USA otherwise threaten to take it back. No reason for the charges were provided or receipt. Is the charge legitimate or scam by Fedex delivery person???

            Consignment booked vide Ramdev INternation courier vide AWB NO.[protected] dtd. 13.01.222 and FedEX AWB No.[protected] in the name of Vishwa HImanshu Mehta to be deliver at CHERNOMORSKA 15 A, CHERNIVTSI 58000 Ukraine.

            till date, the parcel has not delivered to its destination. Its around 20 days after shipment from Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India.

            Pl. arrange to deliver the parcel at its destination.

              Does it take 1 month to clear a small item from customs even after providing all the details? I shipped an old iPhone 11 (2019) with all the necessary details of receiver and total value of the item, with all the payments done.

              The customs agents ask me the details of the consignee and total value of invoice? I mean is it even possible to send an item with not having those details?

              Documents submitted: Invoice (ofcourse, where officials cannot figure out the details of consignee and total invoice value), KYC of consignee.

              Please look into this and help me get the package deliver.

                Our shipment are received 27th Jan and 29th Jan 2022, fedex team made complicated on Kyc for personal shipments. After visiting to airport they said aadhar card enough to clear the shipment and flied on 31st. But upto now no progress on shipments .Mr. Melwin is co ordinator for our shipments, he always gives diplomatic answer for our queries. They don't have clarity when shipments will clear.
                No proper response from customer care and emails.even though we have visited multiple times airport they are bothered about customer priorities.

                  I placed a pickup of 3 boxes and 3 checkin but only boxes where delivered and remaining three checkin suit cases where not. I tried reaching fedex customer case and no one responded properly. I would like to file a case against this and sue fedex for their carelessness

                    This is to inform that I have provided the required documents for value evidence but Fedex has not replied if they have forwarded the documents to the Delhi Customs or not and due to this the customs can charge me extra money for reactivation which has happened to me before due to Fedex's mistake of delaying the procedure.
                    Please check and reply as i have given all the documents before hand and will not levy extra charges due to delay.
                    There has been no reply of my mails and no phone calls were answered for the same issue.

                      Non-Commercial documents sent from USA on 19th Jan with ETA Jan 28th 2022. Still not delivered to consignee
                      FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      It got delivered on Feb 3rd. But I don't know why they asked the consignee(receiver) to pay 1200 Re when I as the shipper had already paid. What is going on???? No receipt was also provided. Is this legitimate or a scam??

                        I was emailed by FedEx to submit KYC Documents for my international package arriving on 30th Jan. I submitted it that day itself on the website. It's 2nd Feb and still it shows that it's held in clearance. I contacted customer support and got no response. Poor service.

                          KYC documents upload

                          I have been asked to resubmit KYC documents for the above AWB. However, this AWB isn’t recognized when I call KYC help desk line. Additionally, there are 2 options for me to upload the documents at https://kyc.fedex.com/

                          1st option (new AWB): I can’t upload as my AWB is in progress (message prompt)
                          2nd option (existing AWB): I don’t have Reference ID to continue.

                          My package with tracking no:[protected] is been sent from Canada to Hyderabad, India. I was supposed to receive it on Jan 25th 2022, I haven't received it yet and status shows its in Hyderbad only, but customer care team is unable to provide me contact details or address where it is located.
                          It contains very important document that is needed for me to travel back to the US for work. I have raised a case and multiple escalations to different teams in fedex through their customer care, but everyday their response is same that it will be delivered today or some one will contact me today. But till date I never received a call from anyone neither got a response from any one in Fedex. Please help me here

                            Hello please note my package was to arrive from india to perth, however the delivery was scheduled to reach perth 7th january 2022 but unfortunately not received it. We came to know that fedex had entered my postal code wrong which was then resolved after giving them many calls. Now the question is its almost 3 weeks everyday i call fedex to get an update but customer service keeps on saying that your case was opened and ill let the case officer give you a call or email you.till now nothing has been actioned.i have important stuff in my package and now my work is been delayed. No one seems to give me a call back to provide me with an update.i need my package as soon as possible why are they holding it for long in Melbourne...

                              I have ordered a product from arrow, united states. the product reached Bangalore India, in two days. after that for customer clearance i have submitted all documents asked by FedEx.
                              FedEx person told some mismatch in shipper invoice.
                              I have contacted ARROW(shipper) and they done what is required from thier side to fedEx.
                              A mail chain was going on, from shipper and myself. A person subramani from fedex side is committed for this consignment.
                              But he is not picking the call, i called many times. also through mail chain, he is not answering the query i raised. i mailed many time. asked for call-back
                              i contacted customer care many time.
                              customer care not answering properly, they are cutting the call in middle while speaking.
                              i mailed to fedex india mail id, blr id many times
                              I am not getting proper response
                              it has been one and half month. i fed-up .

                                This ### company lost my package worth 700$ and after custom.value of 1400$ and Shipping from US to India is of about 120$ being paid😡 Tracking number[protected] they declared my product as missing or lost after 3month and now after submitting claims offering me 100$ 😡I am gonna raise lawsuit against FedEx in High court with consumer court based on future reply or resolution if I don't get one against this company I will also file a Serious complain in MCA just looking forward for resolution or next reply..
                                Get my full amount of value or either my product
                                be ready for a serious law suit will be covered in media I can guarantee you!

                                    Complaint against Invoice BLR-C-373571 for AWB[protected]. Due date for delivery- 22 December 2021.

                                    This is in regards to the package from China to Kannur, Kerala through FedEx, which was sent on 14 December with due delivery date on Dec 22.

                                    The item reached Bangalore on 17 Dec 2021 for clearance and tax charges.

                                    I had submitted all the KYC documents as soon as they had asked on 17th Dec 2021 and later
                                    * Commercial Invoice.
                                    * Purchase item Invoice.
                                    & a Declaration letter to Assistant Commissioner of customs, courier cell KIAL, Banglore 560300

                                    on 20th Dec 2021.

                                    Due to no response from Fedex and after repeatedly sending emails, I got a confirmation email that the documents are complete on 10th Jan 2022 (Please see attached). Inspite of trying to call and emailing them almost every day since December until this week of January, they have not responded. Most of the emails just bounced back as person on leave. Last week on 26th January 2022, MrMelwin responded that they will look into the matter.

                                    Today on 1st Feb 2022, after 40days since the due delivery date, they had delivered the item with a bill of Rs 7005/-. And this is for 4 USD (Rs 300/) empty sample bottle. My father had already paid the amount to the delivery person to receive the product. The invoice also stated that there is a Rs5000/- reactivation charge.

                                    I had submitted the document before 30days from the arrival of goods in India. I want full refund of Rs7005/- of the purposefully delayed and unnecessarily charged reactivation charge and for the extremely late delivery, poor response and service from the customer service team.

                                      I have an international shipment that was due for delivery on 27th Jan, 2022. However, I received an email asking for KYC and commercial invoice of the product shipped, and later on, a CHIMS document.

                                      Since I'm an individual who doesn't have an IEC, there is no way for me to provide the CHIMS document. I have provided a justification letter stating the purpose of importing my product (which is for my own personal use), product details, etc.

                                      After providing the requested letter, there is no response via email or phone.
                                      I hope concerned people can address this issue asap.
