Helo this is dr saichand from khammam.my sister sent a package from usa to india and in shipment receiver address she mentioned sahithi high school which is owned by my parents and we dont have any IEC, GSTIN numbers.This is our personal courier which is no way related to our school.apart from all that stated above they are just some clothes, there is nothing new of high value in that package, we would really appreciate if you can release the package as soon as possible.

but still we got a mail stating its incomplete.

so we need an answer today why you people are doing this from past one week and charging us additional money every day.
