[protected] I was supposed to get the product delivery by today but I haven’t received, instead in the evening I received a msg that I have requested for future delivery??? Nobody turned up today and how come u are simply putting a msg without taking confirmation from the customer?? Make sure I get my product delivery by tomorrow at any cost..     My product still now same place from past 5days

    If I asked about the courier the customer care not giving proper response and they always telling same answer you will get the courier by tomorrow this answer giving past 3 days but that tomorrow not yet coming

      Shipment Delayed: No Updates from Fedex

      We have been trying to reach out to FedEx for our shipment #[protected]. Tracking update shows as “Shipment documentation indicates value discrepancy. Correct value of shipment is required.
      Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must confirm or verify value of goods.“ From the past one week, there has been no new update. Since shipment contains my laptop for work, I won’t be able to join my new job. All cuz of FEDEX!...

        Dear Sir/Mam,
        My husband sent me this package from USA to India. I keep getting calls from FedEx India saying that I need to pay huge custom duty on the package only then it can be released.

        I am very mush harassed by them. Please check.

                To whosever, it may concern!

                It's been 2 days since I had provided the KYC documentation to FedEx India. It is 1st July 2021 and the Shipment status is still on "Clearance Delay" at the Mumbai Customs Facility.
                There has been no action taken from FedEx India despite the repeated follow-up emails to them.
                Recommended action required is "Shipper or importer must confirm or verify the value of goods". However, no one from FedEx India has contacted the Shipper or me for the same.

                My FedEx Tracking ID is[protected]. Please Help!

                          Fedex Team is just making me go round and round for a international shipment from US to India.Tracking Number[protected]

                          I changed the recipient and paid for it as well and KYC is also submitted by new recipient but blindly fedex guys rejects KYC saying it does not match with the old recipient. How Insane if the recipient is changed how and why will you match the kyc with old recipient.

                          And fedex customer care has same answer that they are escalating it will be delivered in 24 hour and that 24 hour is not coming from last 4 days.

                          There should be something done to stop india fedex business or fined heavily as they are exploiting lot of people with low class service despite charhing heavily for shipment

                            This is regards to my ticket no. 40353 for AWB No.[protected] which was raised in morning. I want the parcel that contains my laptop on an urgent basis as it is my first day of a company joining. the parcel was scheduled to deliver on June 19 but hadn't been delivered yet. It says pending status from Saturday and I cannot connect with the authorized agent as well. The last updated location is just 76kms away from my hometown on Saturday still there are no updates. kindly provide me with the agent details so i can contact him to get the parcel delivered. Please do it ASAP.

                                I have been sent a parcel from the USA via FedEx, AWB[protected].
                                Shipping charges were already paid.

                                Now, I had to upload my KYC for customs and then, without any contact or information, after two days they suddenly mail and ask me to pay a bill of Rs.967, out of which Rs. 377 is the customs duty and Rs.590 is the "Duty Advancement Charge". Now, they did not inform me about the customs duty and even paid it without my consent to them to pay on my behalf. Moreover, they are charging almost 200% extra money for the payment. They did not take my consent while paying the money or inform me about such extra charges.

                                I tried to contact customer care by e-mail for 4-5 times in the past 3 days but they do not respond.

                                This company is practicing fraudulent business tactics and doing scam in India.

                                I express my shock and disappointment on the sheer fraudulent and unprofessional service by a reputable company like FedEx.

                                  Tracking number[protected] was shipped April 19th from US it has still not reached us. We have been trying to get updates from customer care but they keep asking for little more time. We have submitted all invoices, KYC documents as and when they ask for it ( that too upon us calling customer care we are told of the requirement). There is no communication from fedex end whatsoever unless we call customer care for 10 continuous days to get a call back or an email. We are really fed up with this. Please resolve the issue urgently.

                                    My shipment from Delhi has reached the local delivery location in JP Nagar, Bangalore (which is hardly 5KMs from my home) on 06-Jun-2021. The delivery was expected on 07-Jun. Unfortunately, neither they tried to call me nor attempted delivery but updated their website as "Customer not available or Business closed" comment which really annoyed me. we are at home 24x7 during this covid lockdown situation and this company is lying for their mistake.
                                    I have called them at least 6 times and every time, they say it will be delivered but till now (4PM on 10-Jun) they have not delivered. They updated scheduled delivery as 09-Jun and then changed it to 10-Jun and I am not sure how many more times they change it. It clearly shows their unprofessional behaviour.
                                    I have lost all the enthu of receiving the product now and I don't know how I can be compensated for this?

                                    The day I raised this complaint, the shipment was delivered but having paid hefty courier charges, I felt they are completely unprofessionals.
