To whosever, it may concern!
It's been 2 days since I had provided the KYC documentation to FedEx India. It is 1st July 2021 and the Shipment status is still on "Clearance Delay" at the Mumbai Customs Facility.
There has been no action taken from FedEx India despite the repeated follow-up emails to them.
Recommended action required is "Shipper or importer must confirm or verify the value of goods". However, no one from FedEx India has contacted the Shipper or me for the same.
