[Resolved]  Fedex — miss behave when I ask where my order why not delivered

I send couier to gurgao to jabalpur by fedex couier, i book couier on 12 nov and my couier was reach destination on 19/11/2018 today i call jabalpur office why you delay in delvery, so she told me "yeh sala bakwaas kr rha h or call kat diya ". It means customer apse yeh nhi puch sakta k 19 tarik se apne abhi tk delverd kyu nhi kiya jabki apka office se delvery adress sirf 2.5 km hi h.
