My International Shipment coming through FedEx Express with international priority (tracking number:[protected] from CN to IN 10th December 2021 and came to INDIA on 13th December 2021 and since the next day, 14th December 2021 its been stuck there for clearance delay at Delhi customs and no further update is available on tracking page.
It was initially delayed for some required information regarding the shipment from me to the customs. I, same day provided the
required information to them through FedEx and as per FedEx team they should've revert back in 3-4 days but more than 4 days passed and no further update by FedEx team or on tracking page.
The tracking page just always says same something which I attached below in attachment.
They don't reply on emails and calls have high delay for connecting to a customer care person and when finally connected they just ask tracking number, and then either keep the call on hold or just end the call themselves, pathetic! They never reply again after trying again and again, now I am just exhausted.
Poor service 2nd time by FedEx to me.
#FedEx please look into this and improve it.
**Please check my shipment and provide some update and try to process the shipment ASAP as I was supposed to receive it on 20 December 2021 but looks like I am gonna get it after this month.
Please do something!
