Non Delivery of Parcel by Courier

I purchased a small brass piece from Moradabad in Uttarpradesh. They sent the parcel from there on 29.11.2021 by FedEx Courier service. The tracking ID they gave is[protected]. On tracking their website it shows the item reached Bangalore on 2.12.2021. They are not delivering the parcel...

Shipment stuck in clearance delay and no response from fedex

My tracking number for Fedex international priority is [Protected and can be found in attached screenshot]. Its been stuck with same status "Clearance Delay" and recommended action on top of the page says "No action required at this time" from December 3rd and its more than 15 days.

KYC documents and custom clearance

My sister-in-law had sent a gift item From Hongkong and it's been 3 days that I'm clearing it's KYC documents. the address which is mentioned is of my father's office and now FedEx is asking me for document in the name of office. I have already attach a document where it is mentioned that my father works there but still KYC teams is telling me to upload document in the name of office.

Delayed Shipment

I have sent a courier from Hong Kong to Kerala with AWB[protected]. It reached Bangalore on 2nd December 2021 and it stuck there almost 15 days. I have sent all the required document for customs clearance. But there is is no repsonse from their team on call or on email. I would like to request to get the exact status and clear the customes and deliver the package asap....

Package in Clearance Delay - 287057140908

Custom Clearance not helpful

They are unable to clear the customs and also they are not responding to our calls or what has to be done to get our package one of the worst services I have ever seen, never doing business with fedex again...

Not Delivered and Bad Service

Our courier was sent from Perrysburg, Ohio US (Tracking No.[protected] on 02 Dec, 2021 and expected date of delivery was 06 Dec, 2021. But it is still not received and lying in Mumbai since 05 Dec, 2021. This is important documents and need us urgently. We disappointed by the service of Fedex. Didn't receive my package from USA | Due date was 18th Nov

My package was come from the USA and reached Delhi on 16th November. One of the FedEx executive (Mahish Benjamin) calls me for sending an authorization letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs Department with my acknowledgment to release my package, as this is the gift from the company (Snaplogic Inc.) they send as 0 invoices. I have sent the letter on the same day but no one responding my email for the next 3/4...

The item was supposed to be delivered on 2nd December but still not received. The tracking shows as Tendered to the authorized agent for final delivery .No Proper response is given when called to customer care.
