Fedex did not bother to inform us about duty payable. After several emails to Ms. Priya, Ms, Veena, Mr. Syed etc. received an email in response.
We paid customs duty on Dec 16.
Till date - Dec 24, 2021.. no response from Fedex about delivery.
Persons we contacted but no response received from, are:
1) Ms. Maya Nakhdjavani Rao Managing Director, Customer Experience.
2) Customer complaint [protected]@fedex.com
3) Rudra Seth -- rudhra.[protected]@fedex.com
4) Syed -- Manager - Syed.[protected]@fedex.com
5) Veena -- (TL) - sheeba.[protected]@fedex.com

NO response from bottom to top of the hierarchy.

Pathetic Fedex. This is the third time we are facing this miserable experience in the hands of Fedex

Where is our cargo? Will Fedex deliver or not?

    We have been trying to get status on this package that was shipped from the US for a while, but no answer. It has been sitting under clearance status for about a week now.

    We have sent the declaration forms to fedex numerous times explaining what the package contains. It contains

    1) Documents
    2) Infant baby formula - We are currently visiting from the US and we ran out of formula for my baby. Unfortunately, this specific formula is not available in India so I had to get it shipped from the US along with the documents

    These documents are of high importance and very valuable to me. I cannot afford to lose them. Not sure what else I need to do to ensure successful delivery of these items. If clearance is an issue because of the formula, can i at least request either

    1) Dispose the formula and AT LEAST deliver the documents to me to the Indian address provided.
    OR
    2) Send it back to the shipper in the US

    I can pay whatever it costs for either of the options.

    Unbelievable that no one even cares to respond. One of the most dysfunctional companies. Its been a month and still no word on clearance.

      My client sent a bank document envelope on 29th November from USA to TINDIVANAM, TAMILNADU, but till now I haven’t received my envelope yet and it’s taking near by an month. My delivery address is TINDIVANAM, in the state of TAMILNADU but its in MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR. I called customer support many times, but nobody’s not giving proper response.

        FedEx, if you are seeing this report be aware that the customer care support has become too much worse, believe me, it's just waste!

        1) My shipment has been stuck in Haryana after customs clearance next day. As of 23rd December 2021, it's still stuck at Haryana and tracking page on website just shows of last 22nd December 2021 "in transit" and no update for today even (23rd December 2021).

        The scheduled delivery was for today but the shipment hasn't reached to my nearest city spot so how gonna be delivered then. I know they just gonna rescheduled it to tomorrow then will delay again then rescheduled again for next day and so on.

        2) I called customer care and calls usually doesn't gets answered or after 15 minutes when it finally connects they ask for AWB number and just keep the call on hold and end the call after 10 minutes. Really? This is the customer care support even for international priority?? Pathetic!!

        3) Chat on website always unavailable and if available then even on first in queue nobody joins it ever!
        I emailed on [protected]@fedex.com but they didn't replied since more than 24 hrs already passed.

        I want my shipment before this Friday/Saturday, please!!
        Please do something for it and improve your customer care support. I am really sad :( and angry on these customer care at same time!

          AWB :[protected] shipment lying at Bangalore customs since more than 2 weeks after submission of the necessary documents requested by fedex also.

          No proper response coming from [protected]@fedex.com or customer care executives, as just telling that package in clearance only since last 2 weeks.

          Finally fedup with Fedex services and going to initiating the legal steps on them to recover our dammurrages due to their negligence and non responsive attitute.

            My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, I have provided all the needed documents for clearance, been calling your customer care for the past 15 days and every time they say the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same. The person that initially emailed from FedEx customs has stopped replying to my emails after i sent all the documents. What am I supposed to do now... My tracking number is[protected]

                I sent a package from San Diego, USA to Goa, India on September 20, 2021. The package reached Delhi customs on September 23, 2021 and has been in customs clearance since then.
                First, when I gave the items' invoice while shipping the package, the agent in Fedex office refused to attach them saying its not needed. I even mailed the invoice at [protected]@fedex.com. I have tried calling Fedex customer support several times but every time I get a response saying someone will call me back within 24 hours with the status of my request in high priority, but I have never received any callback from Fedex. Every time I have to call and they give me the same answer.
                Nobody from Fedex India or Fedex US is supporting me in getting my package cleared from customs despite several calls and requests from my end. KIndly help me resolve this and clear my package from customs.

                  I purchased a small brass piece from Moradabad in Uttarpradesh. They sent the parcel from there on 29.11.2021 by FedEx Courier service. The tracking ID they gave is[protected]. On tracking their website it shows the item reached Bangalore on 2.12.2021. They are not delivering the parcel

                    My tracking number for Fedex international priority is [Protected and can be found in attached screenshot]. Its been stuck with same status "Clearance Delay" and recommended action on top of the page says "No action required at this time" from December 3rd and its more than 15 days.
                    I have been calling Fedex customer care every day over the last few days only to get different statuses \ responses like "Customs has lot of backlog", "It will be cleared today", "Send email to our fedex customs team", "Do you know who is working on your case?" etc with no proper response nor resolution.

                    Please let me know when and how I can get my package.

                      My International Shipment has been stuck at Delhi Customs and no customer support is responding for any update.

                      It was initially delayed for some required information regarding the shipment from me...

                      KYC documents and custom clearance

                      My sister-in-law had sent a gift item From Hongkong and it's been 3 days that I'm clearing it's KYC documents. the address which is mentioned is of my father's office and now FedEx is asking me for document in the name of office. I have already attach a document where it is mentioned that my father works there but still KYC teams is telling me to upload document in the name of office.
                      And also about clearance charge why ar theu asking...

                      My boyfriend sent me a silver ring along with court marriage papers from Canada (Montreal) on 3rd of December 2021 via FedEx (Tracking ID:[protected] with confirmed delivery on 6th December 2021, He had informed FedEx about the silver ring and if any other procedure would be required for custom clearance at India before I receive it in India (Mumbai). To which the FedEx front desk person didn't mention anything but charged him $150 CAD for the parcel.
                      The parcel was then held with customs (Delhi India) on 8th December (according to the update in tracking my parcel details). Since then there was only one mail from FedEx informing about the customs delay with an informational mail (no action required mail) from Mr.Manish Tomer, who clearly mentioned that it would require maximum 72 hrs for the parcel to release from customs. Now it has been 10 days, (in between I even mailed Mr.Tomar about the urgency of parcel to be received) He mailed me back today stating that it has silver ring thus could not get NOC from JA.
                      This communication happened after 10 days, and if I have kept relying on FedEx for my legal papers then i would have never got my court marriage date.
                      Even now Mr.Tomar has not suggested any possible solution for this situation.
                      Now i just want FedEx to take back that parcel to my boyfriend and return him the courier charges that is $150 CAD with compensation of delay in service, no response to mails or from customer care, mental fatigue of losing the court date and wrong display of parcel location on tracking link (attaching screenshot where it shows me CLEARANCE DELAY MUMBAI, MH, whereas, when i spoke to customer care after calling them 5 times in a row, said that its stuck with Delhi customs and the parcel is in DELHI)

                        I have sent a courier from Hong Kong to Kerala with AWB[protected]. It reached Bangalore on 2nd December 2021 and it stuck there almost 15 days. I have sent all the required document for customs clearance. But there is is no repsonse from their team on call or on email.                           I am writing this complaint against FedEx courier service. One courier coming from Malta to me. November 30th my employer sent . But FedEx courier keep my courier in Bangalore FedEx facility at Bangalore till December 07th. I called more than times FedEx customer care. But they cant give correct answer. Now I am totally afraid. That is my urgent document. Now 15 day more. My tracking number is[protected]. Please do needful action. That document I want for my visa proceedures.

                            I had sent a package to Spain sometime in August, the package got returned because Fedex missed some documentation.
                            Airway Bill[protected] Invoices Issue[protected]
                            They called and assured me that if package get's returned they will refund the amount they charged for the delivery. It has been almost 3-4 months, I have written them so many emails and called customer care but there hasn't been any update on it. They informed that the refund request is being processed under ticket# C[protected] but there is no update on this even after many follow ups.

                              Packages not delivered

                              I was supposed to receive to packages from the US through FEDEX.
                              The details of the packages are as follows. Delivery location for both the packages is Bankura, West Bengal, India.

                              1. Tracking ID[protected], Shipping date - 8/10/21, Standard Transit date - 16/10/21
                              2. Tracking ID[protected], Shipping date - 15/11/21, Standard Transit date - 20/11/21

                              We shipped a laptop from US to INDIA. I submitted KYC documents on 8th Dec 2021. After that I received an email to provide confirmation on import tax. I provided my confirmation on the same day (which was 4 days ago).

                              Since then the status is still in "Clearance Pending" and I didn't receive any email despite multiple follow-up with Clearance Support team.

                              I contacted Fedex Customer care but there is no much help. All they said is they are adding a note for the team to contact me in 24 hours but they didn't. Really stressful situation as I need the laptop asap. Fedex is not doing a good job handling packages on time and it's loosing the trust. Appreciate if they can get this resolved soon.

                                I shipped 85 kg of household items from Bangalore to Kolkata. They were supposed to arrive Kolkata on 6th Dec but they became undelivered since FedEx stopped their domestic service. I am moving abroad on 14th Dec and these were all my luggage. They contain invaluable personal collections, our baby items, and everything I wanted to take with us. I contacted FedEx customer care a zillion times, from the very first day that these are urgent but no help yet. The only help they did was to tell me to collect the 85 kg items myself from 65 km away, for which I already paid a lot of money. Moreover, Google can't find the address somewhere in Howrah. Additionally, I am leaving the country and I don't have time to chase FedEx. Why did you take my booking then? I have until tomorrow (14th Dec) to receive the items, else it will create a big problem for me.
