Fedex — Non delivery of parcel and bogus delivered entry in tracking on their site | |||
My parcel from New York to Akola, Maharashtra has still not been delivered to me even though it had reached Nagpur on 30th October. Moreover the tracking on th company site is showing Delivered. Their third party vendor has put a bogus delivery status which even though brought to the notice of various executives has not been changed. This is a serious matter as per law. The parcel contains important original documents regarding admission of my son for post graduate degree I have made innumerable complaints, but get a standard reply that the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours. they are just buying time as they have seemed to have lost the parcel.
