Fedex — Package delayed even after sending required docs | |
I sent a package(laptop) from USA on 08/23/2021 and it was scheduled to be delivered 08/28/2021, before the package delivery I changed the name of the receiver but the address being the same, we submitted KYC documents, sent emails to Indian FedEx Melwin(Melwin.[protected]@fedex.com), emails where back and forth and I submitted sender license and receiver aadahar copy and everything they requested, but still there was no progress on the package, I tried to reach Melwin via the contact (direct and office) but as usual no response(I called during the working hours in India) I sent emails to get the package expedited but still nothing is being progressed and I also confirmed that I will pay the duty fare (Rs.50, 000, don’t know how the amount is this big for a laptop with of Rs.50, 000(purchase price when converted to INR) I need the package delivered ASAP if not I want a severe action needs to be taken The package is with FedEx (not sure it says customs delay) for a month and FedEx rep is not even a bale to tell where exactly the package is) this is ridiculous service from FedEx or customs who ever involved in this, the reason being all the required docs and proofs have been shared and still no progress Was this information helpful? | |

Note : if I get more email conversations return the laptop and pay everything since it’s mental torture from FedEx team from Bangalore, Melwin who is working on my case
Am fed up and I know Melwin will keep sending emails and this issue won’t be solved, even after sending each and every document I don’t get what’s stopping them
