[Resolved] Fedex — pathetic service of fedex | |||
Pathetic service you are providing fedex people. I dont know why people does choose this fedex. Though this is not the first time. Even this has happened 2nd time i am mailing you mr frederick smith. My shipment no is[protected] and i dont know where it is? From 4 of march my shipment is stuck at delhi for clearance. On 6th i called you people to asked about the status about shipment. The you people told me to submit my documents by portal and on mail. I did upload all the documents what you asked by both the way (On portal or by mail from [protected]@gmail.com) From 6 of march i am just getting the notification (. Goods are subject to regulatory review. Recommended action: no action required at this time) And from 6th of march i am calling you people plenty of time and surprise that you people dont have any idea about this. My question is when you dont have an idea about why are you people on customers care departments? On every call you people raise a new complaint and give me lame excuses. Even shocked that yesterday i got the letter from fedex kyc that you people need my documents for clearance. Wow from 6 of march to 18 of march you only sent me letter to submit my kyc documents and also written in it that if i don't upload my documents for kyc my shipment will be detained. I hate fedex Today is 19 march 2020 and i lost a hope from fedex No body is ready to give the correct resolution. Even i forgot how many times i called fedex and with how many representatives i had a word. You people doesn't even want to give the correct resolution regarding shipment. This is not the first time that i am facing problem with fedex. This is the second time i am facing it. Even i left calling you people because you people will give the same excuse. You can't even think what i am suffering just because of your ignorance.in my shipment there are my books for my acca. And just because of your ignorance i am managing my exam date postponed everytime. Hate you fedex. And trust me you people left the impact on me that i should not trust on you now.
