[Resolved] Fedex — poor customer service | |
I have sent 2 packages from uk to tamilnadu and ref no is[protected]. It's been in "clearance instructions from the importer are required.". I have contacted customer care almost daily from 9th of august. Didn't get a proper response from them till date. Each support representative give different instructions.
