[Resolved]  Fedex — poor customer service

I have sent 2 packages from uk to tamilnadu and ref no is[protected].
It's been in "clearance instructions from the importer are required.". I have contacted customer care almost daily from 9th of august. Didn't get a proper response from them till date. Each support representative give different instructions. I urgently need the documents in that package, but not sure what to do now. : (

Fed Ex has been harassed me at time of my courier by Amazon through. Many time call but not proper Talking and not to behavior to talk me. My Complaint N. [protected]. My Tracking No.[protected]. Fed Ex do not Deliver Properly or Approximate time. After complaint in Fed Ex web no any reply.
