[Resolved] Fedex — product on hold for 10 days without delivering | |||
I ordered baby rocker on 31st July 2018 via snapdeal that was supposed to be delivered in 10 days through FedEx courier. Checked with tracking details, it's being held in FedEx, Vellore branch for more than 10 days and it's 22 days since I ordered the product which didn't reach me yet. FedEx asked 24 hours to deliver the product, but it crossed deadline. And am the one who couldn't cancel the order since Snapdeal has only option to return product and refund. Unless and until I receive my product I will not be able to return and get refund. My Rs.2964 amount is at stake. Snapdeal don't have any customer executive to speak, other than mails. FedEx say they will deliver in 24 hours but I didn't get my money or the product. There is no solution too. I need either the product or the money back. Sep 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved. But I don't like the way of response from Snapdeal. FedEx resolved it though they delayed my delivery for another two days FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
