[protected] is my tracking id this is my first time import items through fedex, but it doesn't satisfying, my packege at bangalore now and show s items at regulatory review, it doesn't contain any kind of violent items, to be at review for two days. I don't know when it's gonna deliver, no one called now or responding to my complaint, the FedEx customer service is very worst, it's has been 5 days, it's still at Bangalore, no response no solution.

My shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
What does this mean?
