DEAR TEAM This package is send me to my brother at denmark on date 2/04/2021 but its received inproper only one medicn received since then i am following at local office delhi officde my brother is continously call and marking mail to your department but again and your department asking for same detail and same pictures which is almost given on mail as well as on whatup to your excutive at delhi Mr rakesh mobile number [protected] so its very much poor service I HAVE SEND A SHIPMENT WITH HAVING A TRACKING NO[protected] TO DENMARK ON DATED 03/04/2021 IT WAS DELIVERED ON DATED 14/04/2021 ITS CONTAIN MEDICINE BUT THING IS THAT CUSTOMER GET ONLY ONE MEDICINE AND SHIPMENT WAS DELIVERED AT OPEN CONDITION AND FIND PROFAMAINOVICE.CUSTMORE GOT ONLY EC HIKE MEDICINE.PLEASE SOLVE THIS COMPLAIN ASAP.Kindly find the detail as you required . Please advise if any damage/tampering/hole was noticed on the shipment when the same was delivered at your end..There is no damage parcel received however only one medican with letter from unknown department received also the medicine which is received is open condition not all but some of the strips like they checked 2. Please advise if any re taping was noticed on the shipment. Parcel is again retap after medicine checked by department 3 Provide pictures of external package with FedEx Label. Pictures attached 4. Need detailed description of missing items: Description, Model number, colour, packing and quantity. Slips attached there are four medicine and only one medicine received ir EC hick which is on 1 number of payment advice5. Name, quantity and Value of missing items as per invoice: 1)NEXITO 10 tablets 10 strips amount 904.90, 2) CLONOTRIL .25 Tab 10*15 Rs 84/- 3)ETIZEEN .025 1*10 Rs 370/- 6. Also provide approximate weight of missing contents Near to 200 to 250 grms7. Describe what type of inner packaging material was used, was the packaging material damaged No material damage however strips were open for may be checked by department
