    I have already submitted KYC docs 4 days back.

    My friend sent me 2 packages from USA.

    Both are showing - A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
    Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.

    When I called your customer care they said for kyc but kyc documents were submitted 4 days ago itself .

    I need urgent response and delivery.

      Subject- Non Receipt Of Bags from Fed Ex Delivery(International Transfer from FedEx Us to FedEx India).

      Complaint Against- Fed Ex India.

      Details- This is with regards to the FedEx order(WayBill#[protected] that Was supposed to be delivered to me almost couple of months back...This was initiated from United States & had been confirmed to be acknowledged by Delhi customs & was supposed to be sent to Kolkata customs to be personally picked up from my end as per usual procedure ...

      However, due to the Unprecedented Covid situation & other personal issues I was not in state to Travel to Kolkata to get the bags & has hence requested FedEx to perform the customs clearance on my behalf & proceed with the delivery... Also, per advice from FedEx had also filled up the Authorization form enabling FedEx to clear on my behalf & sent related documents..

      However, still I have not received the bags & had called customer care multiple times to inquire about the same..On every occasion I was informed there was some issue with customs clearance & it would be resolved soon but nothing has happened till now..This is really becoming a headache for me & it's been almost 2 months since the shipment has arrived. Customer care has not resolved the issue till now. They have even sent emails saying they will Look into the matter but nothing has been done yet. Attached Few Prints.

      Request you to Please look into the matter with urgency & get the issue sorted.

      Hi, All details & documents have been provided to FedEx now...The duty amount has also been acknowledged & agreed to be payed by the receiver..The details on how to go ahead with payment has also been asked for few days back..

      However, the response from customer care associates have slowed down again & there is no communication from their end for few days..Person handling the case is Out of office & nobody else had taken it forward..please have the team acknowledge the duty fee & proceed with shipment delivery ASAP...Everything looks sorted now.

          I have my 2 parcels from fedex that were scheduled to be delivered on 12th May 2021 but now on 13th the delivery is showing pending and the tracking has not been updated since last 60 hours. Package needs to be delivered to Udaipur and has been sent from Kolkata. Its stuck at Kolkata no updates.
          Tracking no. protected. Not expected at all from a company of a such a big caliber.

            I have two shipments one of them cleared customs but has not left Mumbai yet and the other one is not showing as "Clearance delay - Import Goods are subject to regulatory review." and am unable to get a proper reply back from Fedex, its worthless to choose Priority shipping.

            It's an Important package and I'm loosing money every day its delayed. Worst customer service ever, most of them are either rude or useless. Hoping to see I can get to a right person to escalate the process.

              Unpleasant & Unprofessional service (TRACKING NUMBER:[protected]

              I had booked my parcel with FedEX. The tracking number is[protected]. I hereby express my shock & disappointment for the unprofessional service from a reputable company like FedEX.

              Reason being:-

              1) I am being charged Rs. 8000+ for customs & taxes leveraged without my consent. I have already provided my contact number, but still I wasn't informed about the additional charges paid on behalf of me.

              2) I had already paid for the shipping charges to the shipper.

              3) I have noticed that this is a recurring complaint & problem faced by the customers of FedEX.

                Have provide all the information to customer service, and did that for 5 day ago.
                The status is still the same, and daily call to fedex and they say it is going to come today, but still nothing...

                This is not good, hope you guys can find a way to solve this.

                  I have submitted all the forms required for KYC, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from the recipient.
                  What does this mean?

                    I am expecting a package from japan
                    It was pick up and in transit on March 23 and 25 its in Memphis TN and until then no update the expected of arrival was March 31 .
                    Now since April 1 i been calling Fed ex every agent i spoke too has different reasons in which i been having notes for every single agent you would not believe how unprofessional and un appropriate they are dealing this case.. they should not not say something that each one of them has different reasons and thats bad.
                    The agent that handle the investigation said they might not know how to read and understand .. and wow ! Why bother to hire those customer agents if they cant underrstand !
                    Lots of thieves in FEd ex as its impossible to lost a package it was last scanned in Memphis Hub in TN but if they allow theifs to randomly open packages then they can get extra goodies .

                    I would like my package found as its valuabke to me . You dont know how it feels and stress if you are expecting something and all people in FEd ex wont even give a single symphaty.

                      I have received shipment with assessment value of INR106679 plus freight charges 16698 plus insurance 1000. but I have been charged INR 41370 for IGST. at 18% rate it should be around 22000 and not 41370. kindly explain it.

                        Please note that package was sent from Dubai to Hyderabad on 17th March 2021, however from 18th March 2021 is showing custom clearance delay since then. Fedex has asked to update the KYC details and other declaration documents which was provided in couple of days however till today the tracking status is showing in clearance process. Everyday we have been calling up the customer service with out any proper response. Kindly look into this matter and provide feedback urgently.

                          I was expecting package from US on 24th March 2021. It reached Bangalore, the status showed cleared, held. Now there is no update on delivery date. I'm calling FedEx every day without fail only to get same answer that they have forwarded the case to respective team and they should get in touch with me shortly with the status and after few days now they say cant do anything but wait for customs to clear it. After much searching I could find status of my package on customs website that says "marked for examination". After much enquiring found that customs people want to open package and examine the quantity which is clearly marked anyways. It has been more than 10 days now and I'm losing hope here. Next time it is not fedex or no importing at all for me. I dont understand if I'm ordering something and willing to pay all due charges with everything mentioned clearly on the package what's the hold-up.

                          Had raised complaints at many levels. Finally the package got cleared on 15th April and was delivered to me the next day. The package was in a bad shape may be some mishandling at customs. Never got package in such shape from FedEx, so it must be customs. Thanks FedEx.

                                      My shipment tracking [awb:[protected]] states a "clearance delay" and that "import goods are subject to regulatory review." My package was supposed to be delivered by 20th March and it's 23rd March today. There was already enough delay and now it says this. My shipment is for individual use and I'm really frustrated. It's taking too long. When will my shipment clear customs and be delivered to me?
