Shipment from Indonesia

Dear sir/madam,
I have submitted all the forms required for KYC, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from the recipient.
What does this mean?

Do I need to give more documents for the clearance? Let me know if I have to do something about that....

Package in Memphis TN From Japan

I am expecting a package from japan
It was pick up and in transit on March 23 and 25 its in Memphis TN and until then no update the expected of arrival was March 31 .
Now since April 1 i been calling Fed ex every agent i spoke too has different reasons in which i been having notes for every single agent you would not believe how unprofessional and un appropriate they are dealing this case.. they should not not say something...

I have received shipment with assessment value of INR106679 plus freight charges 16698 plus insurance 1000. but I have been charged INR 41370 for IGST. at 18% rate it should be around 22000 and not 41370. kindly explain it.

Please note that package was sent from Dubai to Hyderabad on 17th March 2021, however from 18th March 2021 is showing custom clearance delay since then. Fedex has asked to update the KYC details and other declaration documents which was provided in couple of days however till today the tracking status is showing in clearance process. Everyday we have been calling up the customer service with out any proper response. Kindly look into this...

Package stuck at customs

I was expecting package from US on 24th March 2021. It reached Bangalore, the status showed cleared, held. Now there is no update on delivery date. I'm calling FedEx every day without fail only to get same answer that they have forwarded the case to respective team and they should get in touch with me shortly with the status and after few days now they say cant do anything but wait for customs to clear it. After much searching I could find...

When I try to upload my document for kya by entering 12 digit shipment number it says it is invalid although it is correct....

My shipment tracking [awb:[protected]] states a "clearance delay" and that "import goods are subject to regulatory review." My package was supposed to be delivered by 20th March and it's 23rd March today. There was already enough delay and now it says this. My shipment is for individual use and I'm really frustrated. Hi Team,

FedEx tracking ID[protected]. Scheduled to deliver today. Since morning from Bangalore hub there is no update on movement and it's evening, still not received my courier. Courier package booked to Australia NSW hold up at Singapore

This consignment was booked from hyderabad, india to be delivered to NSW, Australia. on 9th march 2021.
It was lying undelivered at singapore.
The deliverey date of 16 march 2021 passed on. I am afraid what happened?.

I have ordered a good from McCoy Digital which is to be delivered yesterday (12.03.2021). I was asked to keep the amount ready as it is cash on delivery basis. I was waiting for delivery but none came.
In the night I get a message from McCoy informing that I have refused delivery. No body called me about this delivery.

Is this the best way for FEDEX to avoid its responsibility and put the blame on customer?

Regarding custom clearance

My international shipment is stuck at Bangalore with a status "Clearance Delay". The earlier delivery due date was 03/10/2020, now it appears scheduled delivery pending, and showing exception reason as "Clearance delay - Import Goods are subject to regulatory review". Shipment stuck at custom clearance.

My shipment with AWB[protected] is stuck in custom clearance. It arrived in India at 7th of March. I Completed my KYC on 5th of March. From past 2 days the status shows “Goods are subject to regulatory review.
Recommended action: No action required at this time.” Been contacting FedEx since 2 days, no reply yet, they aren’t quoting me anything. The shipment method is selected for FedEx priority, which is not making any sense...

Non Receipt of Package and No Response from FedEx

This has reference to one shipment I was to receive from Fontana, CA to Mumbai, India.
