Hi My shipment from USA to india dated march 23 2021 was delayed by fedex team by 3 months, after continues emails they emailed us sent kyc documents again, which were already emailed and also uploaded to portal 3 months ago, but we sent again this time it got cleared in a week but there are charges over 16000 rupess which fedex is asking us to pay though it was mistake by fedex team
