[Resolved]  Fedex — Shipment delivery issue tracking no.[protected]

This is regarding shipment tracking no.[protected]. We have sent samples from Yuyu Pharma Seoul, South Korea on 14th Dec 2021 and expected to deliver on 20th Dec 2021 to shipment address at Rubicon, Mumbai. Our counterpart provided all required documents (import license) but still samples not delivered. Their is not further communication even after multiple follow-up email and no further update on FedEx site. We are trying to reach FedEx India/Korea but not getting any response. Its almost 1 month delay in the delivery. This is important shipment for us to be delivered on priority. I request FedEx team to take this on priority to deliver samples at earliest and let us know if you need anything from us. also I request forum to intervein FedEx and help us to deliver shipment
