To whom it may concern:

I have been working for the company through a vendor for months. January 11, I was told by a superior employee that I'm not allowed to return to work without wearing a bra. It isn't required for both genders, not in my employee dress code from vendor or FedEx. It is indeed discrimination. I am emotionally distraught and will be moving forward in a discrimination lawsuit.

    My shipment which should reach last week Thursday(JAN 13th) is still not reached and with Bangalore customs. The initial status was Commercial Invoice missing but the shipper sent the commercial invoice which might have missed during the transport. I sent the copy of the commercial invoice on JAN 13th itself but the FedEx team has not sent the invoice to the Customs team till JAN 18th which I was shocked when I came to know. The customer care team is so rude and they don't even try to get the information from the FedEx customs team. FedEx customs team is not all following up with Bangalore customs team. US FedEx is far better in terms of operations compared to India FedEx.
    I request to follow-up with the customs team and release my shipment ASAP.

        -This driver stopped, with blinkers on, in the road while making a delivery.
        -5:35 PM on Wednesday, January 19th on a dangerous curve during rush hour.
        -29th Ave Drive NE, Hickory, North Carolina (USA).
        -License plate looks like ZH-3612. See attached pic.
        -Police officer behind us briefly flashed blue lights, maybe for us to go around the FedEx vehicle blocking the road.
        -Could the driver have pulled in the driveway instead of blocking the road, or is that not company policy?

          My package sent through Fedex International Priority from US to Hyderabad, India (at a price of more than $100) is stuck at Bangalore with "Local Delay - Delay Beyond Our Control". It has some documents that need to be delivered urgently. If they are not delivered in time, I will be forced to travel to India.

          Fedex doesn't even show an expected delivery date now, instead showing "Updated Delivery: Pending." Can you please look into this. The tracking number is[protected].

          Many thanks for your response. The status has since changed to "Hyderabad - In Transit", but the delivery date still reads "pending".

          Can you throw any light on the problem that is holding up delivery? If I have that knowledge, I will be better able to decide if the package will reach in time, or if I need to make arrangements for travel to India instead.

          I also called 1800-GoFedex in the US and opened a case. I'm not sure what did the trick, but the package was delivered yesterday. Thank you all very much at Fedex.

            I sent a courier from Dayton USA to Salem India on December 1st 2021 this was supposed to be reached on December 8 2021. I sent this to my sister Merlin Manivelu as her wedding gift which was nothing but digital watch & dress. My package never reached her on December 8th & after I reached out to customer care I was asked to send KYC, Which I sent on the very day, then I was asked for detailed description of goods, which I sent on the very day. Post this again I called why the package was not delivered yet and then I was told I had to send the price list / invoice copy which I again went on that very day ie December 17 2021. Post this there was no noise about my package, I called and filed several complaints with FEDEX. I made 4 or 5 escalations, I spent hours & hours on calls no body has given me a resolution. I asked them to send the package back to me which they again didnt do. I asked them to refund my money bac & opened a claim which was again denied. They are simply saying this is an abandoned shipment when its no fault of the customer. I sent emails after emails to the Customer executive, I spent hours on calls. On a bare minimum if you guys cant locate the package & unable to provide an update to the customer for the past one & a half month atleast honor them with the claim. I paid $200 plus dollars just for the shipment! Its causing me so much of emotional distress! Its hard earned money that we are talking about. PLEASE PROVIDE ME RESOLUTION & STOP YOUR CUTOMERS GO THROUGH MENTAL AGONY.

                The shipment arrived in India on 14th Jan with an estimated delivery of 17th January. However the shipment has not reached me as yet.

                What is disappointing to me ( being a senior executive of an organisation myself) is that at the time of shipment itself all information and charges for customs clearance was collected from me.

                On the shipment reaching India, I received an alert from the FedEx app that my shipment is delayed in customs clearance for need of an authorization letter. There was no email from the FedEx clearance agents with any link where I could submit the authorization letter. Then after 2 calls to the FedEx customer service they give me clearance email alias (marked on this mail) where I need to send the letter which I did immediately on the 14 of Jan itself.

                Again after that it took till Monday afternoon for the FedEx clearance agent Ashwini Mathew to send me a duty calculation which was completely incorrect. they have applied 3 times the invoice amount ( when the invoice details are very clear). I immediately responded informing them of the corrrections. Again after that ‘0’ acknowledgement from the FedEx clearance agents.

                I filled up with 10* calls with the FedEx customer service who reconfirmed information has gone to the clearance agents and they have not responded yet.

                Kindly help get this released immediately

                  I'm writing to clarify the duty bifurcation assessed on parcel with AWB No:[protected].

                  Invoice #: DEL-C-687369

                  The parcel's commercial invoice amount is $151.64

                  On 17 Jan, 12:59 pm UTC, the INR conversion is equivalent to Rs. 11264.80.

                  In accordance with HSN [protected] as stated in the invoice, the calculated duty bifurcation using the official Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) data is Rs. 3124

                  Why then has such high Customs Duty of Rs. 1523 and IGST of Rs. 4304 been charged on behalf of FedEx?

                  I had called the FedEx customer support number twice and on both occasions the representatives shared that they will assist with my custom duty related clarification and put my calls on hold and both times after waiting on the line for 20 minutes they quietly disconnected the calls.

                  Such behavior is extremely unprofessional and unethical and it's hard to believe that FedEx India can stoop to such low standards trying to address their responsibility while responding to customers over the phone.

                  One of the customer care representatives from the Mumbai team shared the complaint reference number as C[protected] although in the documents she shared, it's clear that FedEx has assessed the duty on the product using the incorrect HSN/HTN code.

                  They have labeled it under 98049000 whereas the HSN of [protected] is clearly mentioned on the Commercial Invoice.

                  I had to spend the whole of Monday evening and Tuesday morning and afternoon away from office work chasing FedEx for answers.

                  I have shipped and received several samples since 2016 using Aramex and DHL and never have I faced such incorrect custom duty quotations and have never had such a poor experience from their customer support.

                  We have a close family friend who is a Senior Manager of Operations at FedEx and although I did not want to involve him but now I have shared this full experience with him too.

                  The way FedEx records calls for quality purposes, I too have recorded the calls with your support team so far and I'm going to share this experience on FedEx India Twitter and FedEx India Facebook.

                  The invoice date was 16th January and queries should be addressed within 7 days from the date of invoice. Already 2 days have passed and the support team has just only lodged the complaint and created the reference number C[protected].

                  This has to be resolved using the correct CBIC calculations and the correct HSN immediately.

                    My shipment is reached in India 36 days ago.
                    Even after a month Fedex is not able to deliver it.
                    i tried every thing and complained everyone about it but no one is solving issue.
                    I even contacted appellate authority. They are also not replying.
                    pathetic service by Fedex.
                    Appellate authority also sucks.
                    We use fedex for faster shipment and pays higher shipping cost.
                    But it's more than 36 days are i am not able to receive my shipment.
                    Facing huge losses due to Fedex service.

                      I shipped a package(Protien Powder) on 14th December 2021 from Dallas, TX to Hyderabad, TS. Package(Tracking Id:[protected] reached to bangalore within 4 days asked for KYC document from fedEx. KYC document was uploaded and approved on 24th since then onwards I haven't heard from FedEx. reached out to customer service 3 times, but no exact answer received or no update received.

                        This is the 3rd time the Same FedEx guy left my package behind and under my car... why is he not walking around the corner and put it on my porch????? Packages have been damaged for leaving them UNDER my car! What is the deal??

                          I called at 10:30 AM inquiring if FedEx could give ANY ETA of when they would be here to deliver the item requiring a signature — somewhat similar to what UPS offers customers. But, oh no NO type of system probably even thought of at FedEx. Couldn’t even say it would be before 2 PM or before 4 PM. Nope they’re sticking to the “It’ll be anytime all flipping day, delivered by 8 PM tonight…”. I HAPPEN TO BE AN ON CALL NURSe!! And unless this item arrives in the next hour and 15 minutes I have to forfeit the shift which doesn’t really make me look very good to my employers. Thank you FedEx for being so cooperative! For crying out loud I can’t even go to the grocery store! I am certainly thankful none of my kids are ill and need to be taken anywhere! See the picture below explaining how are UPS provides a simple and effective benefit for their customers. Wow FedEx, you’re a chip off the old block! 👍Had it not been the shipper that chose the shipping service, and I had a choice, it would NOT be FedEx! Address below is corp location.

                          Just called back to FedEx, get some girl by the name of Reis who tells me the same exact thing my “item is out for delivery it is out on the truck… Nothing more we can tell you”. I explain to her that I am a nurse on call and by 4 PM, in 45 minutes I’m going to have to call my bosses back and tell them sorry for the late notice I still don’t have the item I need to sign for and there’s no one here old enough here to sign for it. You’ll have to find someone else to cover the shift. Do you know how much first line workers make per hour? A hell of a lot more than a FedEx truck driver. That didn’t seem to matter much when I explained that to her as well. So basically I’m SOL. Thanks FedEx you’re great 🤮🤬

                            I was called by FedEx stating they had a package to deliver but the cold storage had been perforated but their opinion was it was fine if they delivered it quickly. I said ok a little reluctantly because I didn't want my family to get sick. They took my address just to make sure they had it and there was also a gift card attached to the package. I waited and waited for 3 days and tried to call to say I never recieved it and now it was probably spoiled. No one would call me back because come to find out they delivered the package one town over to a car shop which was caught on camera. It sat there 2 days because it was over the holidays only to be stolen. I'm furious at them. They never even had the guts to tell me what happened I found out from the shop. Also the reason I know it was for me was because one of the customers went by the shop who I know and thought it odd my name was on it. The shop was still closed so she just left. FedEx is so out of line in this situation and I would like someone's help with it.

                              I had a package scheduled for delivery I have been tracking all morning. Stood home all morning waiting. Constantly checked the tracking which said harrahan, La for about three hours. Sat in my door with the phone near only to check the status again and the driver to lie and said they tried to make a delivery and tried to call and they did not. My package requires a signature which was cool if it was being delivered on time today. Tomorrow I return to work and won’t be available. FED EX workers get paid too much to do lazy delivering. I am a college student in desperate need of my laptop they riding around the streets with bc they too lazy to make the delivery. Something needs to be done. They always delaying packages because of these same type of lazy people.

                                Over the course of the last 6 months we have been having issues with our packages being delivered to the wrong address And a couple of times resulting in Packages being stolen ( Literally one time somebody took the item out of my package and left the package there which had my address on it)!
                                Just over a month ago I was in contact with a customer service representative and we made a case and it's still seems to be an issue because I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and it said it was delivered on the app and via email. However I did not receive this package nor did I receive it at the Incorrect location.
                                I have checked online via app and desktop site on fedex website address is correct On my end. And these items have been from different sellers for reference.
                                I know there is alot going on right now with deliveries. However I feel like this repetitive issue could be something simple.

                                  This is in reference to invoice DEL-C-684769. After having bought products for my personal use from China, I understood there would be the possibility of Custom Duty and Duty IGST due on receiving them. I was however surprised to see an additional section for a Duty Advancement charge of Rs.500 plus gst.

                                  However, I refuse to pay the Duty Advancement charge of Rs.500 since at no point was I made aware...

                                  The delivery driver has illegally signed my name as having signed for the delivery.
                                  I have not received the package. I have spent $120 usd to get this package to me in a safe and timely manner.
                                  It has already been delayed twice the date that was secured by fedex and now this has happened.
                                  I am extremely disappointed.

                                    I have two packages imported through FedEx but inspite of providing all the paper work for more than 5 times, they are still at the Airport waiting for customs to clear it.

                                    Every time I mail them they only say that the all documents are submitted and we are just waiting for further process but I don't receive any updates regarding what the issue is. I have no clue if the package is even present or not.

                                      Good afternoon,

                                      I am emailing in regards to a shipment that was supposed to arrive Friday January 14th. This package is extremely valuable as it holds the contents of a sperm donation to help me begin a family that we can't traditionally have. This is very time sensitive because if you are a female you will understand the small window we have to use such donation. This happened with the last vial that I had shipped but it was only a day late. I am extremely upset as the facility isn't even open on Sundays when your website says deliveries are made every day of the week. And I can't even go pick up as the facility isbalready closed for the day. If this package does not arrive to me by Monday there will be a bigger issue as the contents in that package also have an expiration and will be a waste of $850. With these donations you have to time everything perfectly.

                                      I am extremely upset and rightfully so. I would like a refund of my $180 that was to have a 2 day delivery and my package to arrive on Monday.
