[Resolved] Fedex — Shipment not delivered | |||
My Shipment tracking number is[protected]. Shipment was tried to deliver on Oct 31, Nov2, Nov3. Called customer care on Nov1, Nov 2, Nov3. Complained multiple times that no one has come to deliver to the addreess nor called my mobile number. Address and mobile number are correct. I have confirmed them with customer care. Today i was provided local number but nobody lifts the call. Even customer care people r putting my call on hold and cutting calls. Worst experience ever i faced. When Bluedart and other courier services are able to deliver to my address why cant fedex! If they can provide local deliver boy's number i would have called him and get my shipment delivered. But fedex dont provide number. Hence the problem Was this information helpful? | |||
