[Resolved] Fedex — Shipment of package with tracking number[protected] | |
The courier was shipped from US . It's been more than 2 months now. I still didn't get the package. I've called the customer service 4 times. Initial delay was due to customs clearance which is understandable. But even after giving proper address details and correct phone number there's no development in status. Everytime when i call the service representatives tell me that i'll get it by next day. But still no luck. Now recently when i called they are telling me that the location is not in serviceable area and they are asking me to self pick up. The nearest fedex centre is around 372 kms. I can't travel for self pick up. Fedex should have considered if it's in serviceable area before accepting the shipment. I'm really disappointed with the service. I need the package immediately, so i[censored] can't deliver the package at least do speed post and please do let me know what's happening. If you are having problem with the delivery at least contact the customer and let them know it'll be late. It's unprofessional and i didn't expect this from renowned company like fedex.
