[Resolved]  Fedex — stop shipment request sent and their customer care even confirmed but still delivered

We are a company and send regular parcels to our customers through various courier companies. We shipped 2 parcels with tracking number[protected] and[protected]. Due to some fraudulent utrs sent by the customer and the payment not received by us we informed kartrocket and fedex to stop the shipment and return them to us. Both of them confirmed that the parcels will not be delivered. Even their customer care confirmed that the parcels are held and will not be delivered to the customer and will be returned back. Still they are delivered and we have lost our money that is 37141 in total. This is a mere breach of trust from both the companies and we need them to reimburse the said amount to our following bank account within 24 hrs failing which we will also write to the national consumers forum and pmo.

We also have the call recording from fedex customer care where the executive confirmed that the shipment is held and will not be delivered.
