[Resolved]  Fedex — Submitting KYC Documents

I have been having such a nightmare with trying to get my package released from FedEx. The contact number they have provided just says 'your call is being forwarded to another number' and then gets cut off[protected]
They sent me an e-mail with the details required to submit a letter which I followed and guess what, yes you guessed it, rejected again.
I have uploaded my documents multiple times and every time I get the same response, and the worst thing is, it just says the same thing, the documents needs to be signed by the consignee (WHICH IT HAS!!)
I've even escalated this problem of service to the MD of customer service in India Maya Rao and am waiting for a response (although I'm not holding my breath that she will respond)
I am a business owner and have ordered multiple times from abroad and have NEVER experienced the issue that I currently have with FedEx, I e-mail them and they have responded only ONCE and that was - we'll liaise with the clearance department to expedite your package - which is a load of crap because I still haven't received it, all I get is KYC submission rejected.
Think about this guys, this is FEDEX, it's not some small local company in India which if it was, then I would understand the delay.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I KNOW I WON'T AND I WILL TELL ALL MY CONTACTS NOT TO EITHER.
IF ANYONE FROM FEDEX READS THIS THEN MY AWB IS[protected]
