Hi On 6/30/2017 i got email from fedex.com stating In order to clear your shipment "[protected] " without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest. they requested to provide KYC Form and Consignee authorization and i already replied on 6/30/2017 with all the required documents now its more then 5 days but no update from Fedex, on 4th July i talked on their no[protected] and they said they have received my documents and its under process so today on 6th July i called again to get new update and i surprised to get their new statements, now they are saying that they have not receive my documents and requested me to send it again and 2nd time i have send my documents as i have no other choice No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers Note: I have recordings of all conversation to show it how every time they have given wrong/fake information Tracking No.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too have the same problem with shipment tracking number[protected], Calling customer service asking for different information each time I call and sending me in circles with same status waiting for clearance response for about a week now even after submitting what ever was asked. Very bad customer service.

I have a similar problem with FedEx India. My tracking no is[protected]. My package it over 25 days late and is stuck at clearance Bangalore. I have been calling everyday and FedEx has no idea about my pachage. Worst customer service in the country. Never am I using FedEx again.

In my case also they're playing the same card. At every email enquiry they quote clearance expected within minimum 4-5 days. This way 20 days passed and I have submitted all documents they asked for. Now they started to reply using separate customer care associates so that no one have responsibility of mypackage. I now have lost all hopes. I don't know whether AliExpress will refund or not. They have extended 10 more days of buyers protection. Thereafter will open dispute if the package did not receive within 10 days. If anybody have any idea about finalising dispute, please share with me. Also inform how about DHL in this case.
