[Resolved] Fedex — Tracking number[protected] package still not delivered | |||||
Hi Team, I have contacted FedEx many time regarding my package. Which is stuck in customs clearance for more than 10 days now. Whenever I get in touch with customer service or so called custom officer from FedEx they always say it's yet to clear the customs. The customs officer name from FedEx is Jijo thomas whose behaviour is unprofessional and rude. He never responds to my calls .Just wanted to check if I am going to get my package or not. If I am going to get it when will I get it? My other packages are already delivered by DHL and Aramex which has to go through the same customs. We will never deal with FedEx again.
