[Resolved] Fedex — very bad service and i have mentally disturbed | |||
Dear sir/madam. Myself santbir singh and proprietor of hans industrial valves and pumps, i have booked an shipment on dated 11/09/2019 from italy to india haryana but after several reminders, phone calls and sending several mails till today they have not collected the shipment from our supplier in italy. As we need the material was urgently but they don't have any problem from our problem due to this i have very mentally disturb because our client need the above materials on priority and we are facing big problem. Pls find below Tracking number[protected] it is booked on 11/09/2019 from Italy to Faridabad -12001, Haryana for Hans Industrial Valves & pumps but till today it is not picked from our shipper after several reminders, everyday 3-4 times call in your customer care but inspite that nothing happen and still our shipment at our shipper place.
Due to delay in shipment our client crying on us for material and we are not able to explain and answer anything to them
