Ferns And Petals — wrong delivery of the gift | |
Highly disappointed by the mechanism as the team as delivered the gift on a different address and to a completely different person before even making a call to me. And its 3 days since then, i am calling continuously at the customer care number and there has been no response. The team is not able to contect the delivery since 3 days i mean what should i understand from it, that the co. Is highly inefficient or if fooling the customer. I want full compensation for the misdeed.
