[Resolved]  Ferns And Petals — Wrong order delivered and very bad customer service

Had ordered flowers, but they sent the wrong order . Now they are telling me that they have a right to change the order by the self if they don't have particular order. How can they do that?? If they don't have particular flowers they have to put " product unavailable" on the product. They have no right to make any changes. Now I contacted them through email, they don't even read the email and have a common format they just copy paste it and send it back to me without even replying to what I am asking. They indeed have the worst customer service. Please look into this so it can prevent them from duping other customers. Thanks
