1.I really hope you solve my problem.As all the previous emails that your staff had replied to were all copy pasted without even reading my email.
2.plz don't resolve my issue by telling me that you will take care of me IN FUTURE or give me some discount for FUTURE ORDER as that will not resolve any problem.The problem is with this order and you plz resolve the issue on this order.
