    I ordered 4 gifts for 4 days. 1) First gift (Order id: OR[protected] was supposed to delivered on 10/2/2015 for which I received a notification on phone on 7/2/2015 at around 2 PM that it will be delivered within 24 hours of working day so ideally it should be delivered by 2 PM on 10/2/2015; however, recipent received a call from delivery person to come down from his office (adddress where it has to be delivered) and when went there and called back to delivery man, he asked him to wait saying he has to deliver other orders also nearby. He along with me waited there for another 20-25 min in evening. Is this the way gift should be delivered? 2) After I experienced this unprofessionalism from delivery person and FNP, I called FNP team and gave my feedback, so next day gift (Order id: OR[protected] got delivered on time. 3) Third gift (order id: OR[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 12/2/2015 for which I received confirmation message on 10/2/2015 that it will be delivered within 24 hr of working day. So, again it should be delivered by 11:55 AM on 12/2/2015 to maximum. However, it wasn't delivered that day and in evening I called FNP again and they assured that they will get this delivered that day itself. This gift is yet not delivered while I recieved a mail that it has been delivered. How? 4) 4th gift was supposed to delivered on 13/2/2015 so it got delivered that day on time. Now, my question is when my third gift is not delivered and I paid for it then how come I got this mail that it got delivered?? I need answer on this. I have all fact and messages with me.

      First of all my order is is still not delivered which was Scheduled for a Valentine day .i'm writing this complaint and strict legal action needs to be taken against them as : 1 i called there support number and waited for 15 minutes 3 times but no one pickedand when a guy picked on 15th feb i.e just sometime back yold me to redirect to delivery manager and after that call hot discoonected 2 i sent so many mails yesterday on 14th feb but no response from support email. 3 no response on my order till 15th feb afternoon, they are really shameless folks and i have never seen such a bad online site 4 they should be taken to court for a false promise, and then no contact with me and hence till now not even returned my money back. 5 1 lakh compensation from them is not enuff from them as they spoiled my full valentine day and also added a new fight and tension in my family Order id 13089821 Name manoj taneja

        The flower bouquet advertised on the website is misleading. The flowers when delivered was dead and of inferior quality and is not worth for the money paid. On top of it when called on a kolkata no. To complaint, the franchisee mentioned that she got nothing to do with it and even was unable to share the customer care no.This is disgusting. Moreover, the flower was ordered from ferns n petals because of the brand name and the reputation but was delivered by some Heart 2 Heart franchisee with no mention of Ferns n Petals anywhere.If I had to buy a bouquet from any flower shop then I wouldn't have placed an order on your website. The experience I had left me disgusted and I would never use your website again and never will encourage others too

Guys i am seriously telling..dont use this site...you will get bad service, bad quality of products, and they will deny to refund your money however problem is from their ends also. These people are just playing with our emotions nothing else... Anyway i am going to file a case against thsese frauds. anyone who wants to contact me regarding this..reach me# [protected]

          I needed to make a change in the delivery therefore I tried calling the customer care for infinite number of times, and I still haven't reached them ! They put you on hold Forever!!! The smallest florists in my country has far better customer service than you do. Disgrace . And another thing is the delivery time! ! Why do you even ask if you don't deliver it on time ? Seriously .

            I have booked for delivery of flower bouquets under the Order No. OR[protected] which was to be delivered on 24th Jan between 4PM to 9PM. The delivery boy calls the recipient to collect the order instead of delivering it whereby the recipient denied. Thereafter in next 30 min I received the sms that the gift is delivered and received by Self. When I confirmed the recipient he told that he have not delivered. When I enquired with Ferns N Petals, they say an attempt for delivery was made and then they delivered it next day. I asked for refund as it doesn't make any sense to deliver the next day when occasion is already past. After number of emails as well they are not ready to refund. I am dissatisfied with the way they responded and not ready to accept their mistake.

              Hello Team, It is to inform you that I had placed a online order for CAKE & BOUQUET to FERNS & PETAL and thereby didn't received the things which was promised and when called at their customer care on next day to report on the issue then the lady executive over there is I believe either uneducated or in some other mood because she is not getting what I am trying her to explain. And at last put my call on infinite hold. I don't know the class of services they are providing. They are charging high then also not committing to words and because of all such ridiculous service my occasion get into vain, now who is responsible for the same. Enclosing the number of concerns I faced in an single delivery: - Their executive promised to deliver the KNIFE & CANDLES with cake without any cost but when I received the order there is nothing. They can't say that they don't deliver it because commitments & approval already there. For assuring I called 3-4 hours before delivery time then also they committed the same but nothing. Do you feel that how a CAKE looks without CANDLE. - Also I entered number of GIFT MESSAGES while placing the order both on BOUQUET & CAKE but none was there, don't know why. If they are providing the space while placing a order and customer is filling it then in any case it should be there. In lack of all this complete occasion get destroyed and that only because of the poor service. It simply not accepted when you are planning any surprise occasion. Its the reason why we paying such a high cost then also they are not able to manage on the things.               they are not giving details for international delivery as well.

                Ref to order #OR[protected] on 18/11/2014, I tried tracking the delivery on-line .It seems that the on-line tracking system is not functional. I had also called up your customer service at 1.37PM. I need this delivery to be made between 2.00PM – 3 .00PM and hence, I had paid extra and opted for the time-based delivery. In this day and age if I cannot track my delivery or get a confirmation from service provider on delivery, it is all futile. Most importantly, the delivery has not been made between 2PM -3PM as directed and their customer service rep – Madhu and Customer service Supervisor – Anil Shrivastava have informed me that the delivery will happen by 5.00 PM. Do you even realize why people pay extra for delivery at a specific time? You dimwits I am willing to spend on hiring a lawyer and taking this up with the Consumer Court. False promises and playing with the emotions of people to make money is a crime in itself. Dear All - Please walk up the road and find a local shop, buy flowers, and deliver all by yourselves.Its the easier way out and will also help the cholesterol:) Never trust Ferns & Petals! regards SN

                  I placed a order of cake and a teddy bear for a midnight delivery in pune, the person who went for delivery dint delivered it because the guard dint allowed him and he dint call on any of the number and when i asked for refund to the company they are saying no refund of perishable goods and they are even lying that the number is wrong but the number is exactly right, they are defending themselves and as i am a student so they are cheating on me. and they said for re-delivery but when i paid for the products for a night delivery and even paid extra 250 ruppes for it then why should it be delivered after the time they gave me. The delivery was of 5th mid night and my order number is OR[protected]. The webiste is showing that it is delivered. Please look to it, the amount which i have paid is a huge amount for me.                     Wrong order delivered and very bad customer service

                    Had ordered flowers, but they sent the wrong order . Now they are telling me that they have a right to change the order by the self if they don't have particular order. How can they do that?? If they don't have particular flowers they have to put " product unavailable" on the product. They have no right to make any changes. Now I contacted them through email, they don't even read the email and have a common format they just copy paste...

                    I ordered my entire corporate gifting with Ferns and Petals on 16th Oct 2014 for my clients for Diwali, based on assurances from the customer care(I spoke to Trisha) to a value of Rs. 18, 353. The delivery date was promised to be 20th October 2014, and was confirmed that it will be delivered before Diwali. I tried contacting customer care on 21st and 22nd, and the call was on hold throughout. I tried contacting booking an order (no.1) instead of Order Status (no.3), and my call went through immediately. Pooja was the girl who answered, and when I asked for my order status, immediately transferred me to the queue, which was on hold. I called again, and she put me on hold again. I sent an email to [protected]@fnp.com, and received an email saying that the products I had selected were courier products, and they were unable to give any date of delivery. Did they not know that my products were to be couriered before taking payment? Payment was made on the assurance that Diwali gifts are delivered before Diwali. My gifts were chocolate boxes, and it makes no sense for them to go after Diwali. What if it gets spoilt? My clients were off for Diwali from 22nd – 26th. Out of 8 orders, only 1 was delivered before Diwali. Four orders were delivered on 25th Oct 2014. I was not able to even find the order status from customer care. With immense difficulty, I got the waybill numbers for my orders(not through customer care but by calling people in Ferns and Petals) and have been tracking through Bluedart. My orders were taken as Diwali gifts with assurances of delivering on the 20th Oct 2014, and till date, three orders have not even been delivered.                       Pathetic Customer service... I had placed an order[protected], on the 11th of october 2014 for delivery on the 21st October 2014. The agent who called me convinced me that the product would be delivered on the 21st, since I was placing the order way in advance. This was supposed to be a diwali gift, FYI diwali was on the 23rd of October. Till date the order hasn't been delivered. And I had to bear the brunt of 3 highly unprofessional customer care agents for the lack of delivery. I simply asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund because there is no point delivering the product anymore. I was told to ask the recipient to refuse the delivery. Can you be serious????? Can i actually ask someone who i was supposed to send a gift to, to now say no I dont want the gift. Why would I make a fool of myself for your mistake and you incapability of delivering the product on time... I spoke to 3 different agents, Ashish, Charushree Dutt and their supervisor Surinder Kaur.. Who were all extremely ineffecient, lacked customer service skills, put on hold endlessly. YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BIG TIME. I was denied speaking to a supervisor by Charushree Dutta who told me that she is not authorized to transfer the call to the supervisor, in other words are you telling me that the customer doesn't have the right to speak to the supervisor. I however made sure that I spoke to a supervisor, but not before I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. You shouldn't mess with someone who knows her customer rights, actually you shouldn't mess with any customers. I was finally given a refund reference number which is 11203148, but when I check the email for the refund, it says the refund has been refunded for Rs 511.00, whereas the order was for Rs. 2700. At this point I am highly dissatisfied, and cannot go through your customer service agents anymore. I NEED MY COMPLETE REFUND FOR RS. 2700

                        I send them authentication email in which we have to provide the credit card details and our id and they are saying we didn't got and when got they say it's not clear. Seriously more than 1380p documents is not clear. and i am sending again and again they say not received or its not clear. and hold my products and not giving even gift voucher. Don't order from them. My order id is : OR[protected]

                            I had ordered a cake with order no - ASONB93712 After I did the payment, they said the ordered time of 9.30 am would not be possible as it is TIRUPTI order and it would get delivered withint 4.30 pm. It was an eggless choclate cake for a birthday. They had delivered some yellow cake initially. I immediately called up the customer care and a rude executive spoke saying... I HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE REPLACEMENT IS DONE AND NOT USE THE CAKE THAT THEY DELIVERED FIRST. When i asked when would u do it... they said u have to wait... i said it is someone's birthday and u r already late... he said we cant do anything. When I asked his name, he also replied saying... My name is say NARENDRA MODI. what matters to u? I said i will go to the consumer forum and he said.. dont threaten us like this... our legal department will see to it. later the delivery guy had gone to the nearest bakery and got a cheap choclate cake n replaced it with the customer and left. He didn't even have the basic sense to remove the bakery cover.                               I would like to be share my horrible experience with FNP, Placed an order on 9th Sep and must be delivered by 13th as per order status. But today is 19th and not yet deliver. Now they are start making the new stories on day10, Pictures are not good enough, send me high-Resolution pictures. This is very much disappointed and seriously this is my first and last deal with you and never suggest to anyone to deal with you in future.

                                  Hi, I would like to highlight the case of non delivery of item from Ferns n Petals . We had booked Rakhi on 07-Aug -14 (OR[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 09-Aug 2014 but neither the rakhi is delivered nor we got any refund . I have raised many complaints to FnP and got the response that customer representative will contact me but no has contacted me till now. I have very sad and disappointed . Please help .                                     I, Anandi Ghosh, want to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for non-delivery of products on time and non delivery of flowers as displayed on their page. I have placed an order No. OR[protected] dated 11.08.2014 as per the delivery schedule on their page. When their customer care representative called me and offered me a discount on the products, she said that sometimes the products are not delivered on the mentioned date but maybe a day earlier or later. I agreed and placed the order for 11 products, with the request that these be delivered 'one day at a time' as they were pre-birthday surprise. However, the very first product in the card which was to be delivered on 12.08.2014, has not been delivered yet and five of the products are showing as out for delivery since the 13th. It is 16th today and the products still have not been delivered. I have been calling up FnP repeatedly and every time the answer is the same that the products would be delivered the next day. I also called up the customer care on the 12th asking why the products have not been delivered and was told that no promises were made to deliver the product on the same day as they were delivered by a courier company. In addition, they refused to cancel my order. I wish to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for cheating me.

                                      Placed a order for rakhi of a bouquet of roses, delivery man calls at 10:30 PM (note the time) on Aug 10th to check if he can come over. My mother was asleep and she refused to accept the flowers. Now for the last 4 days have been calling and following up with the customer service, where they promise to send the flowers and then nothing happens. They even had the audacity to suggest that the old flowers from Sunday will be sent. This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down if they cannot handle simple deliveries instead of cheating people.

                                      Request immediate attention to this complaint.
