This complaint is regarding fnp and a scam that they are doing and fooling people around. So I placed an order at fnp on 23rd Jan, 2021 of Rs.917 which I had paid on 23rd Jan, 2021 itself. As during the time of checkout no partial payment/ installment option is available, user has to pay the total amount charged and then order gets confirmed. So, I paid 917 rs. from google pay and my order was confirmed. On 11th Feb, 2021 I raised a request to update the address to one of my sub order (ravishing 7 red roses in black sleves) which was worth rs 499. after accepting my request the costomer support at fnp made the appropriate changes. and updated the product price also to 749 with conveinience fees 19.58 So it was the technical glitch from their side. Because as I told earlier I had already paid at the time of checkout and then only got my order confirmed. Now they have update my order status to "held" and are forcing me to pay 580 rs extra for no reason.which is even greater than the price at which i bought the roses. I spoke with customer care support 4times narrated all the things and I have requested on email atleast 3 to 4 times. But deapite o[censored]nderatanding and accepting their mistake they are still forcing me to pay rs 580 by sending payment links on mail id and calling me continuously on my mobile number 4 to 5 times in a day.I am fed up of them and have warned them about filing the complaint against them if they donot accept theri mistake. And because of their worst customer care support team and due to their unprofessional attitude I am registering this complaint against fnp. I am attaching all the proofs which I have even shared with fnp team but still they are not ready to accpet their mistake . I would request everyone not to order any gifts from fnp as they donot deliver anything on time and charge a lot of money quality of product is also not good and they are running a scam by forcedully charging extra amount.
