Ferns N Petals — Incomplete order

I had delivered one bouquet as well as one good luck plant. But plant did not delivered on the occasion of Mothers Day. Pls check and deliver ASAP. This is really pathetic service.. i have tried to call customer services 10 times yesterday n no body picked up really disappointed fern n petals team no response no tracker provided online to track the orders u better take some action with apologies.
Very very poor. Really nor expected from fern n petals which was my favourite.
