I booked 1 cake on 3rd October, the payment was declined and it was done through Deutsche bank, but it was deducted. The moment it was declined, FNP Sales did pestered calls and asked me to try again, which I did again from the Yes bak, payment was accepted. On the 6th October, payment from Deutche was accepted and no record was created for the cake, when i asked them to return money they said, they have not got it and told lies, when i showed them bank screenshots, "MUEED KHAN" said accepted and mentioned returned money order, to tll this date I have not got it. The customer team is unhelpful and they are worse.
