I had placed an order with number 25567569 with ferns n petals on 17th June 2021. My order was to be delivered by 9 PM as per their initial communication given over email.
At 8 PM, when I checked the order status, it shkwed as put on hold. No one informed me about this at all. I tried getting assistance over chat, but got no reply. I then tried calling all of their displayed numbers for customer care from 8:10 PM. I was put on hold each time and no one ever picked up. I wrote an email as well to their id mentioned, but as expected, there was no action.
I had planned to cele rate my wife's birthday and this cake was for that. Not only have I been duped of the payment that I had made, I lost the planned occassion to celebrate for which I had planned. Can someome help me get a refund at least? Was this information helpful? |
