Ferns N Petals — Non Delivery of Gift | |||||
28th July 2016, I placed an order (352076) on the supposedly No1 Florist & Gift Delivery Service in India Ferns N Petals. The order was for a Rakhi Combo Package that was scheduled to be delivered on 16th Aug. It was a surprise rakhi gift that was being sent by my 2 year old daughter to her 4 year old cousin brother. I received an automated email on 16th Aug morning stating that the gift will be delivered today, however I received no confirmation till the end of day from Ferns N Petals. On 17th Aug I made 7 - 8 calls on their helpline no.[protected], but all calls went unanswered. After posting a message on their FB page, I received a call from a CS rep (Mr. Jatin) stating that the gift was returned to the Blue Dart hub as they could not reach the given mobile no (which I believe is a lie since many of their other customers are posting the same on their FB page). Immediately I sent an email on [protected]@fnp.com with a new contact no, again along with the full address. I received an email from a CS rep (Nikita Jain) stating that the gift will be resent (request no. 943110) at the earliest. Today 28nd Aug, 10 days after Rakhi and 12 days after the actual scheduled delivery date the gift which was meant as a surprise for a 4 year old boy is yet to be delivered. Even after sending numerous complaints (one marked even to their Founder & Director) the only thing I have received are a couple of more pitiful emails stating FNP team is trying to resolve the matter. I paid a premium amount to ensure that the delivery happens on time as the fnp website promises but the only thing successfully delivered has been disappointment and harassment. In this day and age when families live miles apart and can only try to connect with each other during festivals through electronic mediums hoping to instill in their young ones the importance of such sensitive bonding, FRAUDS CHEATS like fnp make fool of customers to mint money and fill their deep greedy corporate pockets. These CROOKS should be pulled to consumer court and be heavily penalized. I have no hope of now the gift being delivered or my money being refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
