Ferns N Petals — non delivery of my order | |||
My order no. Is 7011568. I ordered and paid for two watches on 9 september 2018 and wanted it to be delivered by 15th september. I had made a slight address mistake and because of that my delivery was not successful. So i called on the number they had provided, and made modifications to my address. They said it will come in 24-48 hours. I waited and it didn't come. I called them again and they told that they would 'see to this inconvenience'. I even emailed but still, no changes. I even called the courier company 'bluedart' and it was shocking that ferns and petals had not asked them to modify the address. I again made changes to it and they 'guaranteed' within 24-48 hours. There was no email, no phone calls from their end. They think that we have already paid for it so they have no responsibility to service us anymore. Now it's been 12 days since i ordered, and i had no other option left except than complaining here. I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
