On 18th June 2021 I placed an order for delivery of a food hamper for the upcoming birthday of my niece - her 21st birthday, mind you! I received and order confirmation that delivery would take place. This is an international order for Vancouver, Canada delivery. Suddenly one Zeeshan emails that there would be a delay until 29 June 2021. Discussions with Nisha, Zeeshan etc from FNP all fall through as they have not alternatively delivered cake and flowers on 23 June 2021 as promised by them. Then the scheduled date of delivery on 29th June 2021 of food hamper is completely botched up by Seller, FedEx and FNP - that should be taking ultimate responsibility. We are on 1 July 2021, no delivery had taken place yet. Please praying for a 100 percent refund or delivery! The 21st birthday has passed! Was this information helpful? | |||
