Dear Mr.Vikaas, I am writing to you from Dubai, locally with FNP we are happy with a very reliable service. However, International orders dont give the same confidence, we recently ordered for a cake delivery to my son on his birthday in Magdeburg, Germany. However, your customer service people kept coming back that the location was not correct ...even when google map location, phone number etc was provided to help your partner... no one even bothered to get in touch with either o[censored]s !! Your customer service has been below par, trying to close the service ticket with out even resolving the matter ... this doesnt help the brand you have built. Was this information helpful? | |
