[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — Order cancel but Frens N petals not ready to refund the amount

Be aware about the service of cheater website Ferns N Petals. Worst experience with fernsNpetals. Please never book any order from them. They did not do the delivery and make an excused that delivery person visited to the building and somebody denied to take the delivery. They do not have any proof for that. If I am asking for any proof they are saying you have placed the wrong order or bla bla. We asked the delivery person to cancel the order. Now they cheated us and did not ready to return money. My order id is 9691704. Please never place any order through Ferns N petals. Its not mention anywhere, we have asked the delivery person to cancel the order. Without any proof they denied to refund money. Please do not place order with them. Their website is http://www.fnp.com/.

Placed an order on 17 march 2019 for USA which was supposed to be delivered by 18 march 2019 on his birthday.Receipient didnot get any call nor any attempt was made to deliver the order to the provided address.on repeated contacts with the company..unsatisaftory & irresponsible attitude was shown.& ultimately request was closed..without refund .such a careless attitude by reputed company.never ever promise to deliver the items internationally & dont confirm payment if not feasible.total wastage of money & big nooooo to ferns & petals.

I had cancelled the order yesterday by calling the customer service. I have asked them for a refund of 509rs. But now they are not picking up my calls. Such fraud services. The won't even send a confirmation email or message regarding the cancellation.

I ordered a cake with order id 25253837 from ferns and petals and after placing successfully and time passed they said it can't be delivered. I am ok with it but can't find the cancel option anywhere in the site. I called the customer care the hold time to reach the customer care person talk was taking forever to connect. After finally connecting the voice was so distroted that could not even cancel it. Worst online delivery service encounter till now. Please let me know bare minimum how can I cancel and get a refund.
