I had placed order on 12th may (Order #8513868) for my husband but they havent deliver own time and the customer care service was not ready to help it, Very very poor services and customers satsfaction zero please do not go with this company .they spoiled full occassion and even they havent refund my money....

I ordered flowers from Ferns and Petals online on 30th April 2014. I paid extra for fixed time delivery between 21.00 and 22.00 hrs. They have not delivered the flowers and it is past 23.00 hrs. The customer service agent who took my call 3 times told me the flowers will be delivered within 10 minutes and nothing happened. And now when I call them the line says there is no service after 10.30pm. I paid Rs 200 extra for fixed time delivery...

I ordered for a midnight deliver order no[protected] from these mother [censored]ers and they dint deliver it on time...will never ever order from these sons of ...who ruin ppls special moments...will [censored] them tomorrow cause these scum of the universe don't even a have customer service number to call at midnight...[censored] these...

Ferns and petal is a complete fraud. But the order was delivered late, without the name of the sender or recipient or the birthday message. They charged the recipient a fee for shipping that had been paid earlier. Then when I wrote to them they replied they will send an apology note, I did not expect that they would and it did not happen....

I ordered a product having product code as GWD 2234 on 12 Feb 2013 (Tuesday, 11:12 AM) through Ferns n Petals online. The product was supposed to be delivered in Bangalore on 18 Feb 2013 (Monday).

The Order was received by security guard and I have no clue if it was delivered at 11 or in morning as the person to whom it was addressed received it next morning i.e. 15th.

I have repeatedly lodged complaints with the customer care regarding the same but they just dont care. They have not done anything so far. They have charged me for the entire combo quite a huge amount....

I have made an online order in Ferns n Petals and my order number was[protected].

The product ordered was cake, flower and bottle of champagne to be delivered by 9:00pm.

I recieved information that champagne is not available so they will deliver Teachers whisky by 8:00pm.

Finally they deliver the product by 11:00pm and neither champagne nor Teachers whisky but rather low quality...
