I, Anandi Ghosh, want to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for non-delivery of products on time and non delivery of flowers as displayed on their page. I have placed an order No. OR[protected] dated 11.08.2014 as per the delivery schedule on their page. When their customer care representative called me and offered me a discount on the products, she said that sometimes the products are not delivered on the mentioned date but maybe a day earlier or later. I agreed and placed the order for 11 products, with the request that these be delivered 'one day at a time' as they were pre-birthday surprise. However, the very first product in the card which was to be delivered on 12.08.2014, has not been delivered yet and five of the products are showing as out for delivery since the 13th. It is 16th today and the products still have not been delivered. I have been calling up FnP repeatedly and every time the answer is the same that the products would be delivered the next day. I also called up the customer care on the 12th asking why the products have not been delivered and was told that no promises were made to deliver the product on the same day as they were delivered by a courier company. In addition, they refused to cancel my order. I wish to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for cheating me.

    Placed a order for rakhi of a bouquet of roses, delivery man calls at 10:30 PM (note the time) on Aug 10th to check if he can come over. My mother was asleep and she refused to accept the flowers. Now for the last 4 days have been calling and following up with the customer service, where they promise to send the flowers and then nothing happens. They even had the audacity to suggest that the old flowers from Sunday will be sent. This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down if they cannot handle simple deliveries instead of cheating people.

    Request immediate attention to this complaint.

      Hello,

      I am a customer of M/s Ferns & Petals (FnP) for over 3 years now and have placed orders over Rs. 21, 000 till date. But the services that I’ve been receiving for the past 3 years are below par and this time, FnP has surpassed all levels to reach a new high of appalling services and ineptness.

      I placed my order OR-9809392 on August 3 (before 2:30 am IST) and it was to be delivered on August 6, 2014. The order has still not been delivered even after 7 days of scheduled delivery and 10 days of placing the order. Mr. Mittul from customer service responded to my complaint 3 days after I raised my sent an email (TKT[protected] had the audacity to command me to choose an option within 1-2 hours to cancel or keep my order. And yes, if I choose to cancel my order, I will have to use the ‘FnP gift certificate’ for future purchase that I don’t intend to make ever. Is this some kind of fraudulent tactic or just a new low in the pathetic level of services provided by FnP for its own convenience? If this is the way you care for your customers, then I wonder how this fraud of a company is still able to conduct business.

      I planned well in advance to deliver Rakhis for my In-laws and they still don’t have the Rakhis that I sent. Does FnP realize what embarrassment I had to face when my well planned ahead of time order was not delivered at all? Do you realize how much time and energy I have wasted to try and track my order? FnP talks very highly about their customer’s sentiments all the time but does really care about its customers?
      Doesn’t FnP have even a minuscule level of accountability for non delivery of prepaid overpriced services that they promise their customer? Does FnP even realize how much mental agony and harassment I have faced in the past 1 week?

      Your customer service representatives blatantly lie about the order status, laugh at the customer when they are desperate to know their order status and refuse to give a ticket number. The customer service ‘supervisor’ Ms. Aarti shamelessly suggested that I should send flowers instead of Rakhi which might reach on time.

      Even the Flowers delivery service is pathetic. All the flower deliveries that I ordered in the year 2014 have been of an abysmal quality. We all just chose to ignore those incidents but I do have a valid question. When even a roadside flower vendor can keep his flowers fresh in Delhi heat, why can’t FnP flowers be delivered fresh? Why are FnP flowers all browned up and falling apart?

      I ordered flowers (order no - OR8887585) for my Dad to pay my respects on Father’s Day. The flowers delivered were stale, dopey and of substandard quality. When my Dad held the poorly made basket, he got a deep gash on his hand. When he complained to the delivery boy about the pathetic quality of flowers, he received unpleasant attitude and lame excuses. After this, my Father refused to accept the flowers. When he contacted Mr. Sachidanand Gupta, the FnP franchisee owner to complain about the quality of flowers, he got a rude shock. Mr Gupta not only made lame excuses to support the substandard quality of flowers, but was arrogant and unethical in his boisterous talks and also insulted my Dad about his ‘Indian Maansikta’.
      My Dad is the most ethical person i have ever known and when I tried to respect him for his virtues and morals and help him recover from his major surgeries, FnP goes ahead and insults and humiliates him to the core. Is being ethical a crime if you are availing services from FnP? Is this FnP’s key philosophy to rip-off its customers and act as if nothing has happened?

      This was supposedly an international delivery and I purchased overpriced services by FnP from USA and made payments in USD. Then shouldn’t I drag you to Consumer Protection Forum (NCDRC) and publicize about this in Indian and US media? I don’t care about the outcome of this situation, but at least FnP won’t be able to defraud and insult its customers in future.

      Given the past record, I have really no hopes of any rational action from FnP but I think all FnP customers who choose to ignore the harassment and substandard service would really appreciate it if FnP stops playing with the sentiments of its customers and take some solid steps to rectify their tarnishing image.

          With extreme displeasure I am mailing you to tell you the sorry state of affairs of your company. I placed my order on the occasion of rakhi on the 5th august and the delivery date was supposed to be 10th June 2014.Till date receipient have not received the order .They place their order thorugh trust one 1day which is a bogus courier service. I want my money back and an answer to this debacle by tomorrow otherwise I am going to raise a complaint in consumer forum Looking forward to a speedy resolution to this problem.

            My order number is: OR-9809260. I ordered for a Rakhi through their website on 3.8.2014. I specified for the delivery date as 8.8.2014 to be on the safer side as Rakhi was on 10.8.2014. While placing order the website mentioned guaranteed delivery on specified date and made promises of making Rakhi special. But now even Raksha Bandhan'14 has passed and yet it was not delivered. When I called up their customer service on 9th August and 10th August and even on 11th August the reply was same...the order is out for delivery. This company is a fraud and I just read similar complaints from various customers. I don't really seek a refund but I demand a penalty for such a fraud company as they are ripping people of their money and ruining their speacial days.

            this a pathetic company. we should complain about them in consumer forum.
            I have ordered a bouquet for International Delivery.
            Made payment right after receiving the payment link from the company instantly.
            After two days, I was notified that the recipient haven't receive the bouquet at all. I then contacted the ferns and petals customer care and they said they will deliver the bouquet in next two days. WHAT A JOKE !
            They didn't have the courtesy to atleast inform me for the delay. I have claimed for the partial refund but no positive response from them. I have paid 4300 INR for A BOUQUET. What a RIP OFF !
            Clearly not professional and UNFAIR !!
            No news from them till now.

              Hi, I ordered a Rakhi thali from Ferns N Petals on 30th july which was promised to be delivered on or before 9th August, believing which I placed this order but now its 2 days past the maximum delivery date and it is not yet received. I contacted customer care many times which is visible in the attached screen shots however i didn't get any response from them even I drooped a mail and didn't get any reply. This is something which is not expected as I ordered a Rakhi thali that should have been delivered on the committed date, else I could have opted for some other means of sending my Rakhi. Also I would like to mention that the customer service is so very poor that I had to make phone calls of more than 150 rs to complain about this order which costed around 500rs, and still the response was not at all any helpful. I request you to take a very strict action against this, as because of this my only brother has not having my rakhi on his wrist on the Rakhi day, even when I had ordered the rakhi thali 10 days before the Rakhsbandhan. I need the amount to be refunded along with the Inconvenience charge in my account as soon as possible.

                I ordered rakhi gift for my brother for the occasion of rakhi on 15th of july.order delivery date was 7th of August(order number 9412683). Still it has not been delivered. They people promised me to deliver it by 9th of august. But did not turn up. Whole day I was trying their customer service number. Its a case of mental harrassment. I want justification from ferns and petals for their pathetic service.

                  To introduce myself, I am an international client and (from UAE) and want to express the level of discomfited, foiled and disappointed service provided by ferns n petals. I would never use this service and will try to recommend everybody in my circle not to use that as well.(OR[protected] To start with, I have placed an order on 18th July and want a delivery on 6th August'14 which is like after good 15 working days because my brother has to travel back .I called customer support 6 times asked them the status of my rakhi and they didn't have any answer and put me on hold on AN INTERNATIONAL CALL for 10 minutes and disconnected - Spandana, Rajiv, Nikunj some names, when i asked for a supervisor nobody did let me talk to one . One funny or absurd or stupid guy even said call back on this number and talk to other available representative (that's the level of people you have or your dont have any quality mechanism). Other guy said mam this is courier delivery and we cant commit the time lines but if you want we can only send the rakhi(somebody please let him know if he can deliver rakhi tomorrow, why cant he deliver my gift). I am just an extremely unsatisfied customer and will try to make sure all that wherever possible communicate this to other customers or else can take a step to go to court for providing such a disrespectful service

                    Order cancel but Frens N petals not ready to refund the amount

                    Be aware about the service of cheater website Ferns N Petals. Worst experience with fernsNpetals. Please never book any order from them. They did not do the delivery and make an excused that delivery person visited to the building and somebody denied to take the delivery. They do not have any proof for that. If I am asking for any proof they are saying you have placed the wrong order or bla bla. We asked the delivery person to cancel...

                    Order No – OR-9589017 Delivered on 27th July 2014 This is the second time Ferns n Petals has disappointed me. I had ordered eggless chocolate truffle cake (Pic attached as shown on website) to be delivered to my brother in law on his birthday. As you can see (pics attached), the cake is nowhere close to what was supposed to be delivered. The cherries had all fallen off, the cake was melted & I can only imagine the disappointed look on my sister and my brother in laws’ face when they received the cake. Few points to Fern n petals: 1. Why did your delivery boy have the cake on the tank of his bike? Aren’t they supposed to have proper boxes on their bike for cake delivery? Obviously the cake was fully distorted, melted and cherries were falling all over the box!!! 2. The writing on the cake!!! Unbelievable…. Even a nursery going kid would have written better and these are supposed to be half decent bakers who can write on the cake, aren’t they?!! 3. Why do you promise to deliver cakes when you simply can’t manage to do so?!!! No matter what I used to keep trusting fern n petals, but off late their cakes are pathetic, delivery boys rude, flowers maybe a week old!!! I am so upset with ferns n petals, I don’t think I would ever again come back to their services. I request you all also to think twice before ordering something from them! Pathetic Experince!

                      I completely agree. ..they are really making us fool..I ordered a product on 10th which was supposed to deliver on 14th feb but till date they are not responding. Their call centre people dont have courtesy to pick the phone; keep on disconnecting the calls.
                      Till date I haven't received my product. they are not reliable at all.

                      10th Nov 2015, this is a current incident happened with me. FnP wrongly shipped the courier to wrong person. I am still taking a continues follow up from them but they are taking these things very easy. this is a first time that i ordered something from FnP. and in first time i got an experienced very bad.

                      This is totally a blunder and worse. and this is not acceptable. this is definite that will stretch this issue in consumer court at anyhow.

                      Its a BAD BAD & BAD experience to request for an order from FnP.
                      yes.ferns and petals sucks...ordered a set of cupcakes earlier and they delivered completely stale ones . Ordered one picture mug for my fiance for valentines day but he hasnt received anything so far by the evening.customer care service also completely sucks and the link for tracking doesnot work.
                      We had something special to celebrate and tried to get a gift delivered for a relative. We used ferns and petals thinking it was a big company and the expense was well worth it if this overpriced gift was delivered on time. The delivery was supposed to be between 9am and 9pm and that did not happen. Also, customer service repeatedly lied to us assuring us that the delivery would be made. It was only after 9pm and upon calling customer service (for a third time) that we were told that possibly the courier could not find the address- which I find ridiculous given that the address is a well known building. By this time, we had to contact the recipient and spoil the surprise. As of now, we are told the delivery will be made tomorrow but I do not trust this. I wish they had been honest from the start. I do NOT recommend this service at all. Oh - and the customer service politely told me to track the package from the courier myself and that they were not responsible for courier deliveries!!

                        Flowers, ‘Cradle of best wishes’, were ordered on M/s ‘ferns n petals’ (www.fnp.com), on line by my son in law Mr Mayank Joshi, from Seattle, WA, USA, on Fathers Day i.e.15.06.2014 for delivery at : New Delhi-110018, India. The flowers brought for delivery by the delivery boy [around 12:35 Hrs IST] were poorest of the poor in quality. The flowers were stale, dopey with sun burnt petals and had lost their shape and brightness/glory. On contacting Mr Sachidanand Gupta at mob. No + 91 [protected], the franchisee of M/s ‘ferns n petals’ (Siddhi Flora, shop no G-7, Plot no 13, Manish Mega Plaza, Sec – 5, Dwarka, New Delhi[protected] the experience was extremely shocking. He was not only arrogant and unethical but was also having all false excuses in support of the quality of flowers supplied by him. The unacceptable delivery being not of required quality and standard was not acknowledged. So, the order of my son in law, to deliver me flowers, ‘Cradle of best wishes of M/s ferns n petals’, remained unexecuted. Mr Gupta on contacting at mob no: [protected], again and again did not attend to phone calls. The flowers were never delivered to me till 18:20 Hrs, 15.05.2014, IST Is it not a clear case of cheating? The quality and service rendered by M/s Fern and Petals in execution of international order, in my opinion, can easily be termed an act of cheating besides hurting sentiments of people as it was never executed as per terms of the order despite receiving full payment in advance. Even for any of its franchisee M/s Fern and Petals is solely responsible. I am sending a copy of this mail to my son in law, as well to my son who is also in CA, USA, to restrain them placing orders on ‘furns n petals’ in future. Also to publicize the issue and to take up the matter at local/international forum, if necessary and required. Will ‘furns n petals’ initiate steps to avoid hurting sentiments of people besides stopping tarnishing its image by involving in such uncalled for practices? Jagdish Bist New Delhi, India

                          I ordered two gifts for the occasion of father's day (OR-8860305 and OR[protected]. I chose the option of one day delivery. The order was p;aced in the morning on 13th June 2014 (Friday) and was supposed to get delivered by 14th June (Saturday). The recipient of the gifts was leaving the city on Sunday (15th June 2014) and so i chose the option of one day delivery. I gifts never got delivered on time. The occasion has gone and the person has left the city already. The customer care is useless as they could not track the status of delivery from vendor. The customer care number was unreachable on Sunday.

                            This is in reference to my order number ref number: OR-8753590 dated:7/06/2104 for delivery of gift to Australia on 14/7/2014. This second consecutive that they cannot deliver the item booked.
                            There marketing team kept on calling me for reminders for placing an another this on daily basis. I informed them about my last year experience still they told this time this would take special attention and still cannot deliver.
                            There online and telesupport team are not addressing the matter seriously. Need amount refund along with compensation.

                              sir we booked the order on[protected] And order delivery date is on[protected] and we are not received the product[protected].. We called to to them there and told that cancel the order because the date of delivery is over and that is delivery for my brother anniversary wishes that should be reach on same day but now they are telling that the order will not be canceled ORDER NUMBER IS 8753816

                                Hello Team, It is very unfortunate for me what Ferns N Petals did with me.I have seen many fraud agency or company.But what FNP did, I really surprise how this agency still exist in Indian market ?? Ferns N Petals is known as gift delivery company.I ordered I product for my finance 15 days before for her birthday.But her birthday passed 7 days before.I am stay in Thailand, very far from her and It was my surprise gift for her.But it die, never happened due to this fraud company even I ordered my product 7 days before of her birthday.Even they not cheat with me, they start their fraud job with Blue Dart Courier company.The Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] they have provided is completely wrong.They don't have any record exist in their database.I called (ISD)12-15 times to that fraud agency, They showing me different reason in different times - 1 . This is a courier product, We cannot guaranty the delivery date, may be it take 1 - 2 months ( from Delhi to Kolkata). 2 . Every day assure me that - " Wait sir just today you will receive your product " 3 . Right now this product is not available (Even after they take money and give me the Blue Dart Shipment number) 4 . Most funny thing happened today a . 1st the representative told me, we didn't receive money (even They gave me payment confirmation and already shipped the product according to them and the amount already deducted ) and told me to hold the line ( ** I hold the near about 1 hour and it was ISD call after that the lady told me " Sorry sir we are unable to contact delivery department " and immediately disconnect the phone ). So, after that please decide what should I do ?? That is not matter of money, but this kind of agency should not be exist in India.Please do the needful.I am writing this words with lot of hopes.I can go any miles to stop their fraud job.                                   I had odered a Bouquet for Mothers Day!

                                  I found a nice pink roses(10) Bouquet and Chose it only because it had a good Pink Paper Wrapping and not Cellophane.

                                  I placed an order for the same on 9th May 2014 for delivery on 11th May 2014.

                                  The Bouquet that was delivered had less than 10 flowers also it was wrapped in WHITE CELLOPHANE!!!

                                  The bouquet which was supposed to look elegant and beautiful looked absolutely cheap.
                                  I could have managed getting such a Bouquet from a road side vendor at a much cheaper price and looking much better.

                                  I ordered from Ferns and Petals thinking it has a good brand name and will deliver well.

                                  But it did not. The loss caused has been mainly emotional. This is UNFAIR!!!

                                  If they CANNOT DELIVER THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE SUCH ORDERS!!!

                                  The company called up asked about the problem. Through the conversation it was discovered that, that particular city did not have adequate material. The city for delivery was Hyderabad not some 3 tier city where they could have delivery issues. On me getting angry at the same, they agreed to either give a discount on my next purchase or a complimentary bouquet would be sent. i agreed for the bouquet. They delivered a complimentary Bouquet with an apology note the next day.

                                  I ordered a personalized photo gift item for my fiance from Ferns and Petals. The first order[protected] went to the wrong person even though the address, name, and phone number are 100% accurate. After talking to Ferns and Petals for 3 days they resent the same order[protected] but again it went to the wrong person.
                                  Now two random people have a personalized gift with me and my fiance's photos, and Ferns and Petals are saying they'll maybe send another replacement.
                                  I've repeatedly asked them to retrieve the wrongly delivered parcel since it has personal photos but to no avail, it's been 10 days and there's no care given to the wrongly delivered product.
                                  I've had a terrible experience with Ferns and Petals with 3 of my orders:

                                  1. Ordered a cake, for the price they charged (1000 Rs), the cake was terrible, worse than a 250 Rs cake (order id: 6268197)
                                  2. Ordered a heart shaped ferrero rocher bouquet, what i received was a poorly arranged bouquet with low quality bouquet material (nowhere near a heart shape) (order id: 6268197)
                                  3. The recent order for which i raised a complaint. (gift item with personal photos)
                                  Please don't order anything from Ferns and Petals, it's sub-par and expensive products(compared to local shops) with a poorly managed Supply Chain system.

                                    I had placed order on 12th may (Order #8513868) for my husband but they havent deliver own time and the customer care service was not ready to help it, Very very poor services and customers satsfaction zero please do not go with this company .they spoiled full occassion and even they havent refund my money.

                                      I ordered flowers from Ferns and Petals online on 30th April 2014. I paid extra for fixed time delivery between 21.00 and 22.00 hrs. They have not delivered the flowers and it is past 23.00 hrs. The customer service agent who took my call 3 times told me the flowers will be delivered within 10 minutes and nothing happened. And now when I call them the line says there is no service after 10.30pm. I paid Rs 200 extra for fixed time delivery on top of the Rs 849 for the flowers. This is just blatant cheating of customers by providing false promises. Please look into this and prevent them from duping other customers. The flowers I wanted my fiancee to get on our special occasion were never delivered and we will forever remember this day for this.
