Order No – OR-9589017 Delivered on 27th July 2014 This is the second time Ferns n Petals has disappointed me. I had ordered eggless chocolate truffle cake (Pic attached as shown on website) to be delivered to my brother in law on his birthday. As you can see (pics attached), the cake is nowhere close to what was supposed to be delivered. The cherries had all fallen off, the cake was melted & I can only imagine the disappointed look on my sister and my brother in laws’ face when they received the cake. Few points to Fern n petals: 1. Why did your delivery boy have the cake on the tank of his bike? Aren’t they supposed to have proper boxes on their bike for cake delivery? Obviously the cake was fully distorted, melted and cherries were falling all over the box!!! 2. The writing on the cake!!! Unbelievable…. Even a nursery going kid would have written better and these are supposed to be half decent bakers who can write on the cake, aren’t they?!! 3. Why do you promise to deliver cakes when you simply can’t manage to do so?!!! No matter what I used to keep trusting fern n petals, but off late their cakes are pathetic, delivery boys rude, flowers maybe a week old!!! I am so upset with ferns n petals, I don’t think I would ever again come back to their services. I request you all also to think twice before ordering something from them! Pathetic Experince!

    With extreme displeasure I am mailing you to tell you the sorry state of affairs of your company.
    I placed my order on the occasion of father's day on the 12th June 2104 and the delivery date was supposed to be 14th June 2014.Till date I have not received the order and just now I got the confirmation message from you side that the order has been delivered to '.'(no name mentioned in the message).This is extemely ridiculous service on your part.First of all you send the courier via fraud, good for nothing courier service Trust on 1 day which does everything barring delivering the product on one day.The tracking number you have provided is invalid.
    I want my money back and an answer to this debacle by tomorrow otherwise I am going to raise a complaint in consumer forum and deal with you guys there and believe me I am very good at all this.
    Looking forward to a speedy resolution to this problem.

    I completely agree. ..they are really making us fool..I ordered a product on 10th which was supposed to deliver on 14th feb but till date they are not responding. Their call centre people dont have courtesy to pick the phone; keep on disconnecting the calls.
    Till date I haven't received my product. they are not reliable at all.
    completely agree ... there are hundreds of complain but, no response fron these fnp
    10th Nov 2015, this is a current incident happened with me. FnP wrongly shipped the courier to wrong person. I am still taking a continues follow up from them but they are taking these things very easy. this is a first time that i ordered something from FnP. and in first time i got an experienced very bad.

    This is totally a blunder and worse. and this is not acceptable. this is definite that will stretch this issue in consumer court at anyhow.

    Its a BAD BAD & BAD experience to request for an order from FnP.
    yes.ferns and petals sucks...ordered a set of cupcakes earlier and they delivered completely stale ones . Ordered one picture mug for my fiance for valentines day but he hasnt received anything so far by the evening.customer care service also completely sucks and the link for tracking doesnot work.
    We had something special to celebrate and tried to get a gift delivered for a relative. We used ferns and petals thinking it was a big company and the expense was well worth it if this overpriced gift was delivered on time. The delivery was supposed to be between 9am and 9pm and that did not happen. Also, customer service repeatedly lied to us assuring us that the delivery would be made. It was only after 9pm and upon calling customer service (for a third time) that we were told that possibly the courier could not find the address- which I find ridiculous given that the address is a well known building. By this time, we had to contact the recipient and spoil the surprise. As of now, we are told the delivery will be made tomorrow but I do not trust this. I wish they had been honest from the start. I do NOT recommend this service at all. Oh - and the customer service politely told me to track the package from the courier myself and that they were not responsible for courier deliveries!!

      Flowers, ‘Cradle of best wishes’, were ordered on M/s ‘ferns n petals’ (www.fnp.com), on line by my son in law Mr Mayank Joshi, from Seattle, WA, USA, on Fathers Day i.e.15.06.2014 for delivery at : New Delhi-110018, India. The flowers brought for delivery by the delivery boy [around 12:35 Hrs IST] were poorest of the poor in quality. The flowers were stale, dopey with sun burnt petals and had lost their shape and brightness/glory. On contacting Mr Sachidanand Gupta at mob. No + 91 [protected], the franchisee of M/s ‘ferns n petals’ (Siddhi Flora, shop no G-7, Plot no 13, Manish Mega Plaza, Sec – 5, Dwarka, New Delhi[protected] the experience was extremely shocking. He was not only arrogant and unethical but was also having all false excuses in support of the quality of flowers supplied by him. The unacceptable delivery being not of required quality and standard was not acknowledged. So, the order of my son in law, to deliver me flowers, ‘Cradle of best wishes of M/s ferns n petals’, remained unexecuted. Mr Gupta on contacting at mob no: [protected], again and again did not attend to phone calls. The flowers were never delivered to me till 18:20 Hrs, 15.05.2014, IST Is it not a clear case of cheating? The quality and service rendered by M/s Fern and Petals in execution of international order, in my opinion, can easily be termed an act of cheating besides hurting sentiments of people as it was never executed as per terms of the order despite receiving full payment in advance. Even for any of its franchisee M/s Fern and Petals is solely responsible. I am sending a copy of this mail to my son in law, as well to my son who is also in CA, USA, to restrain them placing orders on ‘furns n petals’ in future. Also to publicize the issue and to take up the matter at local/international forum, if necessary and required. Will ‘furns n petals’ initiate steps to avoid hurting sentiments of people besides stopping tarnishing its image by involving in such uncalled for practices? Jagdish Bist New Delhi, India

        I ordered two gifts for the occasion of father's day (OR-8860305 and OR[protected]. I chose the option of one day delivery. The order was p;aced in the morning on 13th June 2014 (Friday) and was supposed to get delivered by 14th June (Saturday). The recipient of the gifts was leaving the city on Sunday (15th June 2014) and so i chose the option of one day delivery. I gifts never got delivered on time. The occasion has gone and the person has left the city already. The customer care is useless as they could not track the status of delivery from vendor. The customer care number was unreachable on Sunday.

          This is in reference to my order number ref number: OR-8753590 dated:7/06/2104 for delivery of gift to Australia on 14/7/2014. This second consecutive that they cannot deliver the item booked.
          There marketing team kept on calling me for reminders for placing an another this on daily basis. I informed them about my last year experience still they told this time this would take special attention and still cannot deliver.
          There online and telesupport team are not addressing the matter seriously. Need amount refund along with compensation.

              Hello Team, It is very unfortunate for me what Ferns N Petals did with me.I have seen many fraud agency or company.But what FNP did, I really surprise how this agency still exist in Indian market ?? Ferns N Petals is known as gift delivery company.I ordered I product for my finance 15 days before for her birthday.But her birthday passed 7 days before.I am stay in Thailand, very far from her and It was my surprise gift for her.But it die, never happened due to this fraud company even I ordered my product 7 days before of her birthday.Even they not cheat with me, they start their fraud job with Blue Dart Courier company.The Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] they have provided is completely wrong.They don't have any record exist in their database.I called (ISD)12-15 times to that fraud agency, They showing me different reason in different times - 1 . This is a courier product, We cannot guaranty the delivery date, may be it take 1 - 2 months ( from Delhi to Kolkata). 2 . Every day assure me that - " Wait sir just today you will receive your product " 3 . Right now this product is not available (Even after they take money and give me the Blue Dart Shipment number) 4 . Most funny thing happened today a . 1st the representative told me, we didn't receive money (even They gave me payment confirmation and already shipped the product according to them and the amount already deducted ) and told me to hold the line ( ** I hold the near about 1 hour and it was ISD call after that the lady told me " Sorry sir we are unable to contact delivery department " and immediately disconnect the phone ). So, after that please decide what should I do ?? That is not matter of money, but this kind of agency should not be exist in India.Please do the needful.I am writing this words with lot of hopes.I can go any miles to stop their fraud job.                 I had odered a Bouquet for Mothers Day!

                I found a nice pink roses(10) Bouquet and Chose it only because it had a good Pink Paper Wrapping and not Cellophane.

                I placed an order for the same on 9th May 2014 for delivery on 11th May 2014.

                The Bouquet that was delivered had less than 10 flowers also it was wrapped in WHITE CELLOPHANE!!!

                The bouquet which was supposed to look elegant and beautiful looked absolutely cheap.
                I could have managed getting such a Bouquet from a road side vendor at a much cheaper price and looking much better.

                I ordered from Ferns and Petals thinking it has a good brand name and will deliver well.

                But it did not. The loss caused has been mainly emotional. This is UNFAIR!!!

                If they CANNOT DELIVER THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE SUCH ORDERS!!!

                The company called up asked about the problem. Through the conversation it was discovered that, that particular city did not have adequate material. The city for delivery was Hyderabad not some 3 tier city where they could have delivery issues. On me getting angry at the same, they agreed to either give a discount on my next purchase or a complimentary bouquet would be sent. i agreed for the bouquet. They delivered a complimentary Bouquet with an apology note the next day.

                I ordered a personalized photo gift item for my fiance from Ferns and Petals. The first order[protected] went to the wrong person even though the address, name, and phone number are 100% accurate. After talking to Ferns and Petals for 3 days they resent the same order[protected] but again it went to the wrong person.
                Now two random people have a personalized gift with me and my fiance's photos, and Ferns and Petals are saying they'll maybe send another replacement.
                I've repeatedly asked them to retrieve the wrongly delivered parcel since it has personal photos but to no avail, it's been 10 days and there's no care given to the wrongly delivered product.
                I've had a terrible experience with Ferns and Petals with 3 of my orders:

                1. Ordered a cake, for the price they charged (1000 Rs), the cake was terrible, worse than a 250 Rs cake (order id: 6268197)
                2. Ordered a heart shaped ferrero rocher bouquet, what i received was a poorly arranged bouquet with low quality bouquet material (nowhere near a heart shape) (order id: 6268197)
                3. The recent order for which i raised a complaint. (gift item with personal photos)
                Please don't order anything from Ferns and Petals, it's sub-par and expensive products(compared to local shops) with a poorly managed Supply Chain system.

                    I ordered flowers from Ferns and Petals online on 30th April 2014. I paid extra for fixed time delivery between 21.00 and 22.00 hrs. They have not delivered the flowers and it is past 23.00 hrs. The customer service agent who took my call 3 times told me the flowers will be delivered within 10 minutes and nothing happened. And now when I call them the line says there is no service after 10.30pm. I paid Rs 200 extra for fixed time delivery on top of the Rs 849 for the flowers. This is just blatant cheating of customers by providing false promises. Please look into this and prevent them from duping other customers. The flowers I wanted my fiancee to get on our special occasion were never delivered and we will forever remember this day for this.

                        I placed an order with order no[protected] on 5th march 2014, in afternoon, which was supposed to get delivered on the same day. But on 5th March in night, I got a mail like, "delivery has been attempted. However, the mention recipient's contact number was not contactable. Ferns N Petals will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible." Then on 6th March, morning 9:00am, I called the recipient, and he said that his phone was on all the time and he was reachable too and address given is correct. Then I called Ferns and Petals customer service, explaining the thing, they said that phone was switched off and we were unable to loacet the address. Also they asked for an extra money of Rs 150 for redelivery. And they assured me that this time we will confirm address before leaving, so delivery is assured. Because of my urgency, I paid Rs 150 again to them. I wanted delivery this time, so i kept on calling and asked for contact no of delivery boy, so that i can assist him in case he is unable to locate address this time, but they denied to give the no. I called them many times and they kept on saying that it will get delivered by 7:00 pm. Then i called them at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, and every time they said it will get deliveerd in 10 - 15 mins. Then on 7th March morning, I got a mail that it has been delivered. I was happy reading this, but when i checked with Recipient, he said nothing has been delivered. I called back ferns and petals again. I asked to whom have you delivered. they said that it has been delivered to "abc(the recipient only)". Then i asked them to send proof(signature). She said i will send it to you mam. But I got nothing. Then I called again to ferns and petals, and this time they said "mam, it has been delivered to xyz(different from abc)". Every time they kepy changing statements, but nothing has been delivered. I am really tired and frustrated, as I paid twice with nothing has been delivered. I request you to kindly do something.

                        Delivery failure and Lack of Response

                        Placed an order for Raakhi delivery with sweets by OR[protected].The Raakhi was not delivered till 10th Aug 2014 midnight. No response on the status in spite of repeated phone calls. In another 2 orders, no feed back message at all.

                          Hello, I placed an order #[protected] with FnP for Valentine day (for my wife) but it was not delivered that day. Although the order was not a guarantee order, but it was written that it will be delivered between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Still, I waited for whole day and there was no delivery. There was not even a single call to me notifying about the delay or whether they will be delivering it or not. But what they did really amazed me. Instead of notifying me, they tried to deliver the order next day, to my wife. I instructed her not to accept the order and told the delivery guy that we are not accepting the order as it was not delivered as per the instruction. I am calling there Customer care since Friday to resolve the issue but their pathetic service is not allowing me to reach them. The only other option for me was to write mails to their support team, and the response I got from them was, since the "order was not accepted and the item is a 'perishable' item, the order will not be cancelled or refunded ". I mean I am so shocked to see their response. No apologies. No reason for the delay. A simple response which says that order will not be refunded. I need my refund back and let me know if anyone can help me on this.

One of them delivered late and they charged me twice for the silly reason that they have not find the address in Delhi NCR which I think is not possible because that place is in a google map and exist. Second order still not been placed and they have send that it has been placed . god know where they have been delivered. Kindly take a proper action against them.                               Took my money, delivered nothing: Lying, cheats

                              I placed a large order (Rs. 24649) placed days before Valentine’s 2014, and it was not delivered. Order #[protected]. Repeated calls to their numbers continuously resulted in "busy, try later". Emails to them resulted in 1 response - will be delivered between 6 AM and 9 PM. Never delivered, never received a response as to why. FNP are the worst florists I’ve had the misfortune o[censored]sing. They lie about their delivery dates and times,...

                              I had placed an order on 23Jan2014 for sending a bouquet of flowers and cake to a relative on their first anniversary on 24Jan2014.
                              The delivery was done on time, however, the cake was found rotten when the box was opened.

                              My relative called me and expressed their discomfort and that they threw the cake on 27Jan2014.
                              This was the most embarassing gifting experience I have ever had as a customer.

                              I then sent an email to [protected]@fnp.com on 28Jan2014 indicating the same as under:

                              "This is in reference to the the said order as below.
                              The cake you have delivered was rotten and smelling. It was so bad that we had to throw it immediately.
                              This is the most embarassing customer experience I have faced since it was my relatives first wedding anniversary and this is the output delivered by Ferns N Petals.
                              I would request you to process my refund on immediate basis".

                              To this they sent me an email response stating complaints should be made within 48 hours of delivery as under.
                              How does a person sending an online gift to someone else come to know that the product is rotten.

                              "Dear xxxxxxx,
                              Thank you for contacting Ferns N Petals.
                              This is in reference to your order number:- xxxxxxxx, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
                              Kindly note, complaints against perishable products is accounted, only if registered within 48 hrs of the day of product delivery.
                              We value your relationship with us and assure you, the best of our services in future.
                              For any further assistance / queries, please call us on (+[protected] and we would be happy to assist you.
                              Regards,
                              Ferns N Petals - Support Team"

                              Thereafter another email was sent to them as under:

                              "Please note, the cake was delivered in a rotten condition and there is no such clause mentioned in your confirmation mail that complaint has to be raised within 48 hours. This is a horrible way to cheat the customers.
                              The least you can do is process half refund for cake or replace it with a fresh cake.
                              Be rest assured, you will never get orders from a lot of people after this incidence.
                              If you are unable to take a decision, do share your managing directors email id with me.
                              Awaiting your positive response."

                              To this email they have responded stating they can give me a discount coupon for my next order as below:

                              "Thank you for contacting Ferns N Petals.
                              This is in reference to your order number:- xxxxxxxxx.
                              We regret the inconvenience caused to you. As you are a valuabale customer, the best we can do, we can provide you the discount of 15 % on your next domestic purchase with us. Kindly confirm if we can issue discount coupon for the same.
                              We have taken your feedback and assure you that we will do all in our capacity to improve our services to meet your expectations and get the opportunity to serve you better in future.
                              We value your relationship with us, and suggest you to consider this issue in Isolation and not a representation of the regular services that we provide to our customers.
                              Assuring you, the best of our services in future.
                              For any further assistance / queries, please call us on (+[protected] and we would be happy to assist you.
                              Regards,

                              To this another email was sent to them as below:

                              "No thank you. I am not interested in your discount coupons or placing an order with Ferns N Petals at all.
                              I am not interested in you making note of my feedback. It is a complaint which needs a resolution, not empty words.
                              This issue cannot be considered in isolation. Since you are in the service industry, I would sincerely suggest to put yourself in place of a customer who has spent 1000 rupees of his/her hard earned money on a rotten product. Would you accept it! Moreover, would you accept the EMBARASSMENT OF GIFTING SOMEONE A ROTTEN GIFT!
                              This complaint will be registered on consumer complaints. Be rest assured there will be no future orders from a lot of people henceforth.
                              There is no point in writing to the customer support team of a company which doesn't understand CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER's NEEDS or SUPPORT!"

                              I would strongly urge people not to use the services of Ferns N Petals.com as they are cheating customers of their hard earned money.

                                order no.[protected] was booked to deliver the product Bring on the Cheer cmb13 with cadbury celebration of 162gm. Whereas the actual product which got delivered was a bouquet of 12 roses, and cadbury celebration of 117gm worth Rs.90. And also, they have delivered a bouquet, for which they charged me for Rs.699/- i can just give you the feedback that if you can't give satisfaction and justice to the trust and money of your customer, you are just bluffing them. Thank you for delivering atleast a bouquet. Next time i'll make sure i block your website on my browser so that even my mistake I don’t even open your site.

                                  i placed an order from newyork to be delivered to kolhapur.order no.[protected].they charged me Rs. 2899 but didnt send the flowers and cake.i kept calling and begging them to check with their contact in kolhapur, which they did at 7.00 pm.again after much pleading they agreed to send the combo i selected at 9.00 pm with third-grade products.
                                  after series of complaints and phone-calls and emails they keep saying ' we will look into the matter'. i have even sent them pictures of the delivery.PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

                                    I placed an order on 10th for the Rakhi to be delivered on 16th. It doesn't reach. I call them up, talking to some Ms. Rosy who tells me that it'll be confirmed by Monday (and if possible she'll give me a call the next day about the order). No calls, no response. I call on 20th morning, and they tell me they'll confirm by 10. I get a call at 12:30 informing it'll take 4-5 days. What's the use of ordering through this website? If they would have told me well in advance, I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.

                                      i ordered for a bday cake and flowers (order number[protected]
                                      for midnight of 8th. now midnight of 8th starts at 0000hrs at 8th,however the website differs from the issue and morning when i checked from them they had a view that there was an issue with the date...so i again asked them to deliver it as early as possible and the customer care rep promised on that , then i again checked from them , at around evening 1600 ,when someone name MISS HARLEEN ,picked up and told me that " as early means before 1900 hrs" so i again waited and hoped that they will deliever it by the promised time ,but its been 2030 hrs and no delivery done till now,
                                      very soon the company customer care rep will switch off.
                                      i want a refund for all the delay in time and money wasted on the effort.

                                      FERN AND PETALS — Flowers not delivered on time

                                      THEY OFFERED TO RING ME UP AS SOON AS THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED.THEY DID'NT AND THE WHOLE THING BECAME EMBARASSING.NEVER AGAIN!YOU CHARGE SO MUCH FOR THIS EMBARASSMENT?

                                      FERN AND PETALS — delivery of service on wrong date

                                      I had asked fern and petals to deliver flowers for DOB: 3rd feb 2011 midnite.
                                      Instead they delivered flowers on 2nd Feb 2011 midnite.

                                      Please refer attached screenshot of the email which fern and petals had sent me which clearly contains in the instruction part to deliver flowers on 3rd feb 2011 midnite.

                                      When i called call center and mentioned about their mistake, call centre executive said they would revert to me. However, they have not raised any ticket on my complaint nor they reverted back to me after i complained them on phone.

                                      Now, i have written to them and got a ticket no for my complaint as 15001. But yet they have not got back to me.

                                      I feel company should deliver flowers again on 3rd feb 2011 midnite or should return my money.
