[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — WRONG DELIVERY OF PRODUCT AND UGLY CUSTOMER HANDLING | |||
I had ordered a cake with order no - ASONB93712 After I did the payment, they said the ordered time of 9.30 am would not be possible as it is TIRUPTI order and it would get delivered withint 4.30 pm. It was an eggless choclate cake for a birthday. They had delivered some yellow cake initially. I immediately called up the customer care and a rude executive spoke saying... I HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE REPLACEMENT IS DONE AND NOT USE THE CAKE THAT THEY DELIVERED FIRST. When i asked when would u do it... they said u have to wait... i said it is someone's birthday and u r already late... he said we cant do anything. When I asked his name, he also replied saying... My name is say NARENDRA MODI. what matters to u? I said i will go to the consumer forum and he said.. dont threaten us like this... our legal department will see to it. later the delivery guy had gone to the nearest bakery and got a cheap choclate cake n replaced it with the customer and left. He didn't even have the basic sense to remove the bakery cover.
