First Flight Couriers — Unproductive service

To whoever is concern,
I have already mailed you a few days ago to which I didn't get any reply. Non of your customer care number works!! Service is beyond pathetic!!! If you don't know how to function please shut it down. Your service is horrendous!!! When i called your Guwahati line, they cut the call before i could even enquire my queries. I couriered my letter on 12th November and today is the 21st of November. It has been 10days and the parcel hasn't arrived at the said destination but when I tracked with the consignment number given, it was updated as reached at destination, which has been like that for the past 5days.
Check your agency in wherever possible and please give things done ASAP!! It is your responsibility to give your customer satisfaction!!!
