Fake or faulty product delivered

I have order for Samsung mobile and 16 GB memory card combo but received faulty or damaded product. Phone one sim slot only working and charger not suitable for phone and earphone missing my order Id is FTR1661. please replace the product soon. Otherwise I will file a complaint in pandav NAGAR police station against u as 420 case.

          i had purchased sony ear phone on shopclues (Qty No - 03). But shopclues not deliver right Qty of my order product..

          Shopclues was deliver only 01 Qty.
          and after that its costumer team also not give a support. they are not ready to refund my amount.

          So, i request to all that do not purchase any thing on shopclues. they are also not given proper costumer support.
          I was try so many time but they are not ready to solve my problem.
